The Bolter and Chainsword has it on there
Of course, the easy way is to go to Google or some other search engine and type in Chibi Marine Creator and go to the B&C link.
You need to download it first though and, before playing around with it, READ the INSTRUCTIONS! I didn't the first time and stuffed it up.
The instruction get downloaded at the same time.

Using reagal blue for the main, tin blitz for the secondary and gold for the trim,

so thats: Shoulders thighs arms chest backpack exhausts, blue

nospikes on helmet if possible,

gold for all the funky bits and spikes and stuff, tinblitz everywhere else

Last night I was trying to get some tissues and bumped some stuff which ended up breaking his backpack

Ohh, and 1 marine lost a shoulder pad
