Well, not just that, but it needs to be coloured in a way to seperate it from the rest of the body. Right now, it just looks like a really buggy eye.
He could also use a better base, but I'd imagine that that's still in the works.

I took a sculpture class at my community college. I studied hard for a few semesters and now I am able to complete full size figures such as these. You can do it.

Amazing, I agree though, cigar, seabirds, work on the top hat a bit, and maybe with the monocle, use a bit of plastic cut in a circle with string? Either way, I laughed then realized I shouldn't have, then laughed again, well done man.
