Gimp does actually have tablet functionality. It's limited by the quality of your tablet, of course (for example, I have a cheapo $20 tablet that does not have pressure sensitivity, and only a few macros) but GIMP itself has options for pressure, speed, and all the other things a tablet can do.

Only thing is, it is in fact a little less user friendly, and has fewer built-in brushes and 'special effects', so no lensflare or mosaic filter- but you can find tutorials and third-party addons all over the place for it.

at jeroen... the upper pic is more a bunch of catachan soldiers...so no white heads... see their bare arms? all yellow?^^ the other group do wear pith helmets ... the lights are poor for that pic but i asure ye...they are off white...

well...i got actually teached in school MS apint...i know that is pretty crappy for any school, but well...as a kid...what are you supposed to tell the teach when they come up with such a lame theme for class...

No, just trial and error. I've been editing and drawing things in MS Paint since Windows 3! (circa 1990) Some of you may not have been born yet.

for that time on a pc i wish i wasn´t born then^^ the only good memory was some old lucas arts games like day of the tentacle or maniac mansion...and of course then my reason to work as a schoolboy and get me my own pc...x-wing...back in the days...freaking cool...

But I didn't get to play it much, just on a friends PC, and he didn't like to let people touch his "baby", so it wasn't often. But I did have to work on a PC at work, and it had MS Paint, and I could spend hours on it! That and minesweeper!

I had an epiphany in my moment of rousing today and came up with a fantastic idea for your army. It is for a unit of Rough Riders which aren't the best unit out there but I think you will like my idea.

So, perhaps I missed a fluffy explanation somewhere, but what's with all of the "queen" stuff? It's in your fluff for the riveters and on your Komandant Klean guy.

Ahh Vik's army is from a planet based off of Victorian England. Ergo it is ruled by The Queen and the army are of course all the kings men

So he is going for a Victorian Steampunk Army, which is just made of all kinds of awesome. It is also why I donated the kilts and such to make a unit of irregulars.

Their labyrinthine delvings continued over the decades and centuries that followed, their underground empire branching new limbs and organs in the stygian depths, but the rumours that had plagued the sunken fortress of despair could not be buried.

Rumours of a man who stalked the tunnels, the corridors, the hallways in the eternal night, wreathed in red fire and rimmed with hoar-frost. and the pic is very good...a nurgle santa... if you think about it the whole thing is quite clear... think about caries due to too much candy during the season...now it all makes sense...
