DLC News!

From what I hear off my friend the DLC is going to include kinetic shouts for 360 users. Beyond that he doesn't know, he suspects it won't be free patch content since everybody gets that not just console users; although they might include it but make you pay for it. Apparently they spent a day at Bethesda making whatever they wanted and came out with all this cool stuff. A video by the company says they may release some of it as DLC; this is where the new kill moves came from. Unfortunately that probably means the awaited TRUE DLC expansion won't be coming soon. Hope I'am wrong mind you.

Then again, it also means that there'll probably be options for Mounted Combat and Spears, either as DLC or as free releases.

And ever since Morrowind, the first mod for any Bethesda game (TES or Fallout that is) is a female body replacement mod followed by countless stripperific armor mods.

Good thing I brought the priest to the cave and then purged every single one of them. I left their corpses piled on the alter as a nice little "offering" to the deadra. I even got some money out of the priest for "saving" him at the last minute.

I killed the priest for the awsome ring.

You can get the achievement without killing the priest. You can get both Daedric items from the quest Ill Met By Moonlight, providing you do not have the latest patch, making up for the one you miss by betraying Namira.

It's a single-player game, so the concept of "cheating" isn't as bad. And, I have no problem if you're just doing it to get achievements, or for your cool item collection. Actually using both artifacts is a little sketchy.

I killed the preist and ate him...he tasted like beef with a hint of cat...ok just kidding he tasted like chicken.

As for the Ill met by moonlight glitch it still works as of 2 days ago as I got both. I don't really see why people would care if you cheat in a single player game. The only person who could judge you would be you. It's not like it's getting into a glitch spot on MW3 or something like that that can ruin a game for several people.

If you do it like that, you dont deserve the achievement.

Anything about the Nerevarine or CoC in Skyrim?

Well I was putting off buying Skyrim because I knew I would get addicted to it...

My friend appeared at my house the other day with a selection of items (including a pirate hat, bizzarely ) One of them being his copy of Skyrim. It apparently keeps calling for him to play it and he has exams coming so he needed to off-load it somewhere...

So he lent it to me

So far I've only played a couple of hours. I've just done the early quests into Bleak Falls Barrow and have just returned to Riverwood to sell my loot.

I'm loving it so far. Playing as a Nord CC guy, with a little bit of archery thrown in for good measure for now, but some of the characters described in this thread are making me want to start again and do something different....

EDIT: Also, my character's name is Bronn... An internet cookie to whoever knows who he's named after
