Hey guys, I've been working on a rather large Space Wolves army commission lately. (those who follow my painting log here on Dakka might have noticed. ). Anyhow, the pack is finished and here's the results:

And here's some army shots:

Nice...very nice. You have done the Sons of Russ proud. What colors did you use for the main armor? It doesn't look quite shadow grey.

When in doubt.........Duck!

Even in the far future there can still be heroes...

Thanks for the kind replies, guys.

@Kuchulainn: I actually never really calculated it but I'd estimate the army being around 3500pts?

@A Kvlt Ghost:

"Dere sits the bird" :p No, I actually was in a bit of a hurry and instead of looking something clever or funny up, I just went with some random runes.

Your hazard stripes are excellent, especially on the chainswords. Do you have any tips for painting them?

@winterdyne: A bit hard to say as I'm basically always working on at least two commission projects simultaneously. With that in mind, the army took me about two and a half months to do.

@grrrfranky: Cheers.

@Deathshead420: Oh, it's ways nice to get positive feedback.

@Ratius: Thanks!

@A Kvlt Ghost : As for the hazard stripes - Can't say much apart from: I prefer to paint the whole thing yellow (even over the dark primer) and then add black stripes rather than the other way around.

@scipio.au: Cheers mate, I indeed am somewhat proud and I think that the customer is rather happy as well. As I said above, I always work on several projects simultaneously so these times are rather blurred but including that, this army took me about two and a half months to do.

@Wulfen Andy: Thank you. As I said above, I always work on several projects simultaneously so these times are rather blurred but including that, this army took me about two and a half months to do.

@Nightfall: HIGH FIVE!!!!1

@Northen: Cheers. You will find a link in this post below which you probably will find helpful.

@WolfGirl: Thanks.

@Kirika: Make sure you have a look at my other Space Wolves army (the pictures should be in my Project log right at the beginning). That army had two or three very cool chooser of the slain and quite a lot of nice objective markers.

For those who wonder how this stuff was painted altogether - my latest Step-by-Step painting tutorial happens to be about a Space Wolves miniature.
