Iron Warriors, post heresy, codex CSM since everyone lately is doing pre-heresy & I just love the spikes, trim & horns.

After that, traitor IG to accompany them in Apocalypse games w/ armour & big guns.

My next army is going to be Skyrar's Dark Wolves based on the Space Wolf codex.

Skyrar's Dark Wolves were once Space Wolves who have fallen to chaos.

Working on my very first army-whole battle force worth of 'nids. Coming up with my own hive fleet colors, but I don't have a name for them yet.

Eldar or CSM AFTER I finish my BA and IG. If 6th edition really dose have Eldar vs CSM as the starter, then I will be a most happy man.

Sprinkle in some Khador and WoC Trolls in that list and that is what I have to do.

I'm working on my PanOceania, Yu-Jing and Aleph for Infinity (I alternate purchases amongst them).
I will be adding a mantic HE army for WHFB in a couple of months.

My 40k armies (SM, eldar, IG and GK ) are finished and no other armies for the game interest me enough to want to play them.

I don't plan any new armies, per se. I already have a ton of unpainted plastic crap, some of it even still in sealed boxes.

However, I do have some armies I want to expand;

Necrons will immediately push everything else off to the side when they are released. I already have money saved and a gift certificate I won here on Dakka Dakka allocated to this. Not sure how much I need for this since I have a complete army already but like a Boy Scout, I'm prepared. This is the only army where I have bought, built (or converted), and completely finished every last thing I wanted and it's easily the one I am the most proud of.

I'm nearly done with my Orks. I have only some warbikes, a Trukk, a Stompa, and 6 Deffkoptas. There are some Forge World gubbins I like but I feel I'm unlikely to get any new complete kits. I've got enough stuff to do almost any kind of list I'd like.

I have some Chaos doods, and they are my least fleshed out army, and the ones I want to grow the most - the most likely army that I will buy new models for. I'm running a custom legion, so want to add some Bloodthirsters with Tyranid gargoyle wings as Furies (Count as Berserkers or whatever).Maybe a Greater summoned Daemon, stuff like that. I have a boxed Land Raider I'd like to convert. So, on-topic, this is the army I probably will tackle next until Necrons actually drop, or if the new Necron release sucks and I skip it.

And, my Space Marines. Inexplicably my least favorite faction has the most actual plastic, most of it bare. A Land Raider, an LRC, a magnetized Rhino chassis that has everything to be a Predator or 3 variant razorback, enough to make another 10 tacticals, another 5 heavy weapons\devastators, 10 more assault marines, 3 librarian in power armor (why? WHY? I already have 2 finished librarians PA/TA. Who buys 5 librarians?) a Chaplain in TA I was waiting until I got good at painting to paint, an untouched Stormraven with a CHS conversion kit, the list just goes on and on. I get tired just thinking of it.

Finishing Dark Eldar and that's it. I might even be getting rid of my Tau since after Tyranids I don't really trust GW to do them justice. I honestly think the only reason the Dark Eldar codex is actually decent is because they were kinda taking a risk by redoing them in the first place and needed to ensure they paid for themselves. Every other xenos codex is fethed though, in my opinion.

Warhammer 40k
Priority one is too finish painting my GKs so that they look good on the table. I'll be expanding the army in the next couple months as well.
I'm in the middle of collecting an ork army, and doing a special model for Waaaaagh Dakka!

Warhammer Fantasy
I just picked up a Dark Elf army that I think I'll put together and paint up for some fantasy action.

Dystopian Wars
Ordered the FSA starter fleet tonight. I'm sure when it arrives I'll drop everything else I'm doing and get to work on it.

1. Tyranid army, yea there underpowered but got some very very nice minis.
2. Elysian Drop force army,
3. Dark eldar army.

Fantasy
Paint up my small dwarf army from battle of skull pass.

-Expand Imperial Guard with more troops, more vehicles (preferably basilisks and LRBT variants) to be my primary army at all times.
-Expand Black Templars with more troops and maybe dreadnaughts to support the Imperial Guard when needed.
-Possibly start Necrons once they get an update.

WHFB:
-Skaven. Always wanted to play a Skaven army. Well, that and I really like the models..

A very clean looking chaos space marine army, I'm not a fan of spikes and horns, followed by traitor guard followed by alpha legion using said traitor guard in the form of the grey knight codex.

And maybe at some point I'll do a non chaos army.

For 40K I've just started Tyranids. I alos started Necrons a few months back but are waiting for the update, if it ever comes, before expanding on them.

I've also just bought a Malifaux Outcasts starter set. No idea what the game is like yet though.

Fantasy:

Finishing up my Tomb Kings. I've got about 1,000 or so points, but need to work the list a bit better.

I've also got enough models to do Orcs and Goblins as well as Empire, the other two I am interested in.

40K:

I have a ton of IG, mostly Catachan with some Mordians and others mixed in. I also have a Tau army box from 2001 and a bunch of other models for them, all NIB, but I'm not sure I really want to do them after all. I kinda got sucked into the release hype when they came out. I have enough Space Marines to choke a whale, so I might do a vanilla UM army. And some DE, but I never really got into them.

I'm probably going to get my Space Orks off the ground, since I can still get boyz from the ABOR set for a decent price, and I have some already from a spearhead box.

I'd really like to do a 1,000 Sons army, but frankly the cost is off putting, since I have no CSM stuff at all.

After this I really want to get away from power armor for a while (or atleat until a new DA codex to do a semi-mech 3rd company, and to rekit my DW)

SO my next project is leaning towards either Tyranids or Daemons.

Bought AoBR so working on my Ork army and planning to do SM and BA at some points. Bought I bunch of models for them on eBay but with so many Boyz, Kanz and lootas to paint I don't think I will be able to touch them for a while.

Having been so focussed on my recently completed Gondorian army, I'm actually done with armies of any kind for the time being. I'm going to paint up the figures in the (unrelated) War of the Ring boardgame, which is another hundred+ figures, but at least these ones are small and simple. I've also got Dread Fleet on the way, so that's another set of figures to paint.

With that done, I think I might paint the two sets of Warmachine figures that I actually like (Alexia Ciannor and the Risen, and a unit of Widowmakers). After that, I don't know. I might stick to individual figures for a while, though I've an Island of Blood set to stick my teeth into as well - may paint up the High Elf figures in the set, as I do like the models, then start picking up some of the individual figures I like from the various GW ranges. So, some Brets, High Elves, Wood Elves, Dark Elves, Eldar and Tau. Maybe some Dwarves as well, though whether WOTR or WHFB, I don't know. But just individual figures/squads, not for army building purposes.

Imperial Guard from next year, been meaning to go back to them for a long time and sold my Eldar and CSM to allow me to do so.

If Chaos Legions did arrive next year, depending on new plastics I could be going that way.

Also Aurelia and I have already decided to use the 6th box to start two rival forces, just need to wait and see who it is, and possibly flip a coin.
