The only thing I can think of is to use Coteaz, that way you get access to the Henchman as troops. Otherwise, no.

Yeah, the only way for it to be legal is with Coteaz. Do you have the GK Book? If so, read up starting on page 48.
I should warn you, the Henchmen are more IG-like than SM.

The only thing I can think of is to use Coteaz, that way you get access to the Henchman as troops. Otherwise, no.
But remember that you can't use henchmen as elites, that way... so you'll end up with 6 units plus single unit HQs and elites (assassins) at best. You can put a lot of henchmen in every squad and fill up with vehicles (dedicated transports, mainly, if you go all chimeras or convert your rhinos/razorbacks as being crewed by common humans. LRs, SRs and Drednaugth should be out of commission, though, if you don't want any SM), but try not to get out (except with choppy henchmen), as they are as squishy as guardsmen (except for storm shield-toting crusaders or costly power-armoured warriors) but not as numerous or cheap. I mean, they are good and give you a wide choice of different units, allowing you to diversify, filling every role, from melta and plasma-spam or psyker-pie-plate to hard hitting cc unit, but you risk having a small, elite army without the benefits of marine's statline and standard equipment.
Try and experiment with them: you could use a pair of cc units (crusaders, death cult assassins, maybe a pair of arco-flagellants for additional attacks or a banisher with eviscerator) in LRs (maybe even non-astartes can pilot one?) escorting a granade-armed xeno inquisitor one, a pair of chimeras full of psykers or heavy fire support units of jokaeros and servitors, with melta or plasma warriors in razorbacks or, even better chimeras for tank or MC-killing.

as lastcame said, you are stuck with 6 squads of henchmen.
it can work (and has for me, very well) and I rely on massive firepower, no assault units in the army at all.
the real problem you run into is the FOC, at least how i ran them i ran out of FOC choices VERY quickly, and ended up taking 25 interceptors 4 riflemen dreads and 2 techmarines to flesh things out
if you run all henchmen you'll have issues with your squads bloating from unnecessary upgrads and/or have to make some consessions at to the no-gk thing.

Coteaz, henchmen as troops, vindicare assassin, and land raiders will probably be your army. Maybe toss in a Xenoquisitor with grenades to make your already deadly death cults even deadlier
You'll be a bit pressed for anti mech firepower though without the reliable psyflemen but not too undoable.

Agreed. Normally, we're here to give you advice on something you don't really understand in the book or if you need help with regards to something not in the book (i.e. strategies, army list critique, etc.). However, you are expected to already have the book and to refer to it first. If you have the book, it is fairly obvious that the only way to build a inquisitional GK force, especially if you don't want to have any GK's in it, is by using Coteaz.

Henchmen article in my signature.
It all depends on how non-GK you want to go. Many of the GK units can be modeled as something else to fit your theme.
Here are a few examples from my Non-GK GK army (they are radicals, ie. Chaos against chaos)
Librarian: Alpha Legion Sorceror
Techmarine: Techpriest
Dreadknight: Giant Summoned daemon thingy

Actually, I've bought most of the codexes first and then decided more on what I wanted
Frankly, they've all been helpful even though I don't play every army as you can start to spot weakness that may not be obvious to you. Not to mention catching some problems with random people's builds that were technically illegal etc... or trying to pull a fast one on you by abusing some rule you (or him/her) didn't really understand.
(i.e. I didn't know you couldn't bosspole the nob holding it but always thought you could cause the other guy always played it like that. until I bought and read through orks codex that is...)

To actually answer the question:
Coteaz
Xenos w/ Rad Grenades
3x Land Raiders
3x Stormravens
+As many Death Cult Assassins and Crusaders (in a ratio of about 2:1 per squad) as you can fit into the vehicles. If you run out of points, just shove three acolytes with meltas into the stormravens or delete a stormraven or something.
Might not be the most competitive army, but it'll be fun as hell, IMO.

I'm rocking a radical Ordo Xenos Inquisitor army. I have the usual henchmen warbands, but also have Tau Stealth Suits for interceptors, dreadknights/sentinel hybrid, and a planned Eldar War Walker for the Venerable Dread. Note that you have to heavily convert everything to make it work. You can't just buy the models and call them other things.

as other people said it is possible and would be a lot fun in small points engagements (750 points max)
you can have it fluffy as we found a chaos cult in the city whom were summoning deamons or cahos space marines and the inquisitor just gathered his retinue to stop the threat as soon as possible.

Grey knights without using grey knights seems like imperial guard without the cool tanks. I like the idea, but the codex doesn't support it very well. I do see you do cortez, and henchmen, but after you fill your foc you don't have much the points.
I was going to take a unit of Warhammer Empire Greatswords, convert them to have stormbolters and call them purifiers. Give it an unique look. Until i realized i was just making IG without any tanks. And that i rather spend money on making an actual warhammer army.
