Hello, my name is OrkFan. If you couldn't tell, I am a fan of Orks!

I found this forum by searching to see if people still play Warhammer 40k. I don't sadly, but I really would like to again one day. I used to play with a friend years ago. We were only about 15 or so and we had bought the Space Marines vs Eldar (I think it was Eldar) start set since it was cheaper, although I always wanted to be the Orks. Of course, now the current starter does have Orks but what are you gonna do?

Like I said, I'd like to pick up the game again one day, but I don't have a job so spending money is a little scarce, especially on a game this expensive. But I do miss it so much. I never even really played it much, I just like to build and paint the figurines.

The other thing keeping me from playing is I'd really like to have someone play it with me. Most of the fun of playing years ago was sitting with my friend, building and painting our soldiers preparing them to fight each other.

I really don't know what I can offer to this forum. I'm mostly here to say hi, that I'm a fan of Warhammer, Orks, and that I'm just glad to see the game is still around.
