Black Templars are the best Space Marine Chapter out of all the Space Marines. They are the most fanatical marines out there. They are on an endless, eternal crusade for the god emperor. AND they get in the face of the enemy. Thats the way to get things done.

What's cortez doing in the list? He makes the Henchmen troop choices but you're not using any.

I would put psycannons on the purifiers, nice cheap shooting upgrade.

Also if you like Stormravens, you might want ot consider a librarian with shrouding. Let the Stormraven go flat out, shoot 1 weapon and get a 3+ cover save.

I dont have the codex with me, but iirc Power of the Machine Spirit always allows you to fire a single weapon.

Ehhhhhhh. Coteaz seems like a BIG waste. Firstly, the only reason you are using him, is Sanctuary. 100 points for a 5 point spell.
Coteaz doesnt fit this at all. Purifiers are already fearless, he is a T3 model, and he doesnt fit in with purifiers. He sticks out and all the purifiers judge him. If you want sanctuary, get a Librarian. They are more useful. They cost a little more, but they provide MUCH more than Coteaz ever could.
I dislike the dual storm raven idea for this low of a point limit.
All you have on the board is a Man with a gun, a Robot with 2 guns and 2 Rhinos with wings. Thats a whole lot of nothing. Sure it adds up to 1500, but I wouldnt want to compete with other 1500 lists.
Please rethink the list.
Either a) change your point limit
b) Only take 1 Storm raven
c) Remove Coteaz. This one is mandatory and not a choice. You can still pick another choice though.

Read the book from cover to cover and understand the purposes of the units. Make a list after that.

Wait why does the Storm Raven have psybolt ammo? Psybolt does not effect lascannons and multi-meltas

Firstly, Glad you got rid of coteaz and put in a Librarian, But you didnt add much else. Your numbers are still very low, and your Storm raven is really confusing. Why is there psybolt ammo on the thing if there isnt any bolters or autocannons or assault cannons (only weapons that work with psybolt).
If you want to take the Storm raven, you have to save a lot of points for it. Id only take it if I have at least 2 rhinos of back up and maybe a couple long range dreads for cover fire (and maybe a CC dread for support). Anyway, you still need to find out what you want and need from this list. Think about it for a long time. Like at least a day. Remember that though you are bringing heavy hitters, you dont have enough people to make it effective (in case anything goes wrong)

Dude, you went too far with the librarian. Get rid of mastery level 3 and give him a warding stave. Get rid of psybolt on your stormraven, and give Psycannons to your purifiers.

Soon to add

Yeah I'm going to take alot of upgrades away, probably going to switch Ravens with Rhinos and I will add another dreadnought I think. I'm carefully making a list right now.

My bad also on the Psybolt ammo on the raven lol

Ok I looked and I made a new list. I decided since it is only 1500 points I am removing both storm ravens. This is my list:

HQ:

Castellan Crowe: 200 points
Razorback: psybolt ammo

Librarian: 165 points
3 powers

Troops:

Purifer Squad: 270 points
2 hammers, 8 halberds

Purifer Squad: 319 points
1 hammer, 2 psycannons, 7 halberds, rhino

Elites:
Vindicare Assassin: 145 points

Heavy Support:

Land Raider Crusader: 265 points
multi-melta

Dreadnought: 136 points
2 TLACs, psybolt ammo, Searchlight

1500 points exactly.

I was thinking purifer squad with 2 hammers would into the LRC with the Librarian as the Rhino was parallel with it or behind it. The psycannons would fire out of the rhino at anything it can hurt while vindy would stay back with dready giving fire support. Since Castellan Crowe is not an independent character I gave him is own to roll him up with the rest of the army. What do you thinkg? better than the last list?

what should I take away then? The problem is that my Librarian would have no transport and he would probably die. Vindy is so valuable to me since he can penetrate land raiders and other tanks at easy. I don't know what to take away for two more dreads

Using your list as a guide, I would much prefer the following:

Crowe - 150
Librarian (Might, Quicksilver, Shrouding, Sanctuary) - 170
10 Purifiers (Stave, Hammer, 2x Psycannon, 6x Falchion, Rhino) - 360
10 Purifiers (Stave, Hammer, 2x Psycannon, 6x Halberd, Rhino) - 342
Stormraven (Assault Cannon, Multi-Melta) - 205
Dreadnought (2x TL Autocannon) - 135
Dreadnought (2x TL Autocannon) - 135
Total 1,497

The unit with the Falchions goes with the Librarian in the Stormraven. He has Quicksilver to give them Initiative 10 if necessary, so they can either have 30 Strength 6 Power Weapon attacks (including Librarian and the KotF on the charge) at Initiative 10, or the same number at Strength 7 and Initiative 4. Either way you have 2D6 Armor Penetration. They also have a Rhino that Crowe jumps in on turn 1.

The Stormraven will have a 3+ cover save every turn it moves Flat-Out and can still fire one weapon with PotMS, and the other unit can move and fire their Psycannons from the hatch of their Rhino. Dreadnoughts give covering fire and you can add Searchlights to the Rhinos and the Stormraven to give them better sight in Dawn of War.

Not the highest model count, but at 1,500 it's not bad by any means.

Hope that helps!
