Loving those assassins dude! Makes me wish I had sprung for that box set! I do have the regular versions of the Culexus and Vindicare, but they aren't quite as cool of sculpts. I hope when I do paint them that I can at least approach your level of painting!

@Gits - Jealous of chaos? certainly that's a way to fall to the dark side (you know that whole Star Wars, Fear leads to Anger, leads to Hate, leads to Cookies)

@ZergSmasher - Thanks for the comments, you may be in luck, I heard through the rumour mill that the assassins may be getting a clam pack for each one

Update: Tyhpus is done, I didn't realise there was a nugling on his leg, so luckily they ended up a different colour than Tyhpus

Cheers Januine, I first thought it was just a growth, then saw the horns and teeth and had to have a closer look.

@Gits - Totally, I don't think the different washes I put over the face really worked, I wanted the scars to be a bit purple and a bit red in places, I just don't think it worked that well.

Excellent paint job on both of these, although I can't decide which ones creepier, the Chaos Space marine, or the little crawly, squiggly, mutant, hairless cat thing

The purple on Lucious is luscious! absolutely love the colour and would love to know what paints/colours you used? it's deep yet vibrant (like me!)

@NF09 - Thanks man! I used a bunch of the old range of GW paints, and once I get home I'll get the full list for you (IIRC I mixed the lightest purple with the mid range for highlights

Update: so got the airbrush out and did a ton of armour for the Chaos Marines etc
Fully magnetised lord - I will be painting him next
