Has anyone painted the GK with SoB Blood smeared on them? As Chaosish this is I found it ironic. Has anyone modeled and painted their GK under this fluff? Does anyone have any pics of the actual killing and smearing?

How would anyone know it is SoB blood and not, for example, eldar blood or whatever? That is kind of silly.

Do you mean anointed with blood? Like a ritual thing? Or did some grey knights get carried away in a sisters camp?

They killed loads of Sisters in the Grey Knights novel, but they didn't really have much of a choice.

I have a bunch of GK with blood smeared all over them, who look great. Sadly, it is not Sisters blood though, which means they are of no use to you. If only you weren't so weirdly specific about the type of blood smeared on my guys, you could have seen greatness. Next time, when painting blood on my models, I will be sure to mix the blood from every imaginable source, from sisters, from every marine chapter, from all of the alien races - if a specific question like this is asked again, I will be able to say YES, I have the right kind of blood on my models!!!

I get the feeling that people are confused as to why SoB blood is being asked for, of all things.
It's in reference to an infamous passage in the Grey Knights Codex, where a group of GK massacre an entire convent for their blood, so that they may anoint themselves with it as extra protection against Chaos (despite having their armour, super-training and magic book that apparently makes them completely immune to chaos).
Usually they are depicted as also wearing the heads of the poor SoBs as hats.

I've thought about doing a one-off as an objective for my SoB. I think it would be a bit much for a whole army.

In the future I think the sisters just need to package up their personal hygiene products and ship them over to the Grey Knights. That way they can anoint without the killing.

Maybe you can just roll up little cotton balls, color them red, and tie them to your Grey Knights with little strings?

Use red ink, no idea how the new red wash is but the old one is too weak.

I guess to see how the blood sits on Fem Products for the red cotton balls around their neck by using the Research Method.
