Probably the ork Tactical Objective cards + ork psychic powers(?) or whatever else was supposed to be in there.

Seems that orks are getting quite a few things which require them to charge 10" or more. That seems difficult even with a re-roll. Like a 30% chance? Not sure if they need you to actually move that far or just roll that high... although most ork units will be able to get the full move with the rear ranks at least.

So you would need to get ten units in a position to charge in one turn in order to get a good shot at D3 victory points?

Agreed....almost makes me wonder if were getting a different charge thats a little more reliable so that 10" charge isnt so improbable. I mean, i usually get pushed an inch or two back (sometimes more if bad luck ensues) every charge, so i dont even want to TRY to charge till im around ~6" away because i know i'll need an 8+ to make it anyway.

An ork with an idea tends to end with a bang.

Seeing as those arent released yet and this is a GW order I doubt it...

I was thinking it was something maybe along the lines of a code or offer for exclusive model. Its similar to the envelope that came with the web exclusive models with the exclusive codes inside.

Difficult to pull off? Yes. Will I try every time I get it? Oh yes. I know assault is still pretty gimped, but that doesn't stop me from trying! Though if its just move 10 inches period, then it seems a little easier. Almost too easy XD

So wait... get three 10" charges in a turn to get d3 victory points?

I sincerely hope thats not a thing.

Seems like some legit strategy and tactics right there.

Especially the part about the D3.

It's more cinematic. The more dice you roll, the harder you can forge that narrative.

I am legitimately curious about the mathhammer for this rule. What is the likely hood you'd ever actually benefit from this assuming charging a typical MEQ unit of 10?

2. Megawummen would be some sort of mega-shoota. I have no idea what that should be, but it clearly is bigger than a regular big shoota. If I can strap on 4 of whatever it is on a battlewagon, that spells awesomesauce.

"megawummen" are 'big gunz' i.e. lobbaz, cannons, zzapguns etc

hmmmm four lobbaz on my battlewagon? that sounds awesome

Wait. WHAT?! I can strap on 4 cannons or lobbas on my battlewagon now?! Can anyone confirm this from an english source, germen version just bound to be wrong. If not, Wyverns and LRBTs can burn in a ditch, it's battlewagon-time!

Well, you usually want to charge them before they charge you anyway, so there's no real 'cost' to doing it. It's just unlikely to happen.

A 10" charge with fleet is the 75th percentile, so you'd have to expect less than that (although there is an approx 40% chance to make it; so 30% is probably reasonable for one re-roll)

According to wd, killkannon is S8 now, painboys still give fnp, Badrukk buffs the unit in some way offensively, and I'll calculate out the battle report army to see if I can determine point cost drops

Basically, they merged the killkanon and boomguy. That was to be expected as they were so similar. Nice boost for Megadreads too.

I think he used Caps Lock too often.

If you can keep your head, while all about you are losing their's, then you have probably completely misunderstood the situation!

To actually prove what he is saying is true, someone could well enough say snotlings are toughness 10 with 10 wounds and eternal warrior, so evidence that we can see is key otherwise its most likely false as we've seen with nearly all ork rumours apart from the ones squigbot posted

It is indeed strength 8, says so in the blurb next to the entry.

The solution seems obvious then. Take it as what it is. A rumor. I'm sure pictures will arise as pictures become available.
