And yet, you were arguing back, with literally nothing. Kudos to Canadian 5th, for actually trying to debate the topic.

The Emperor doesn't have a GKs unshakable faith in the Emperor which is....basically himself?

Which is a conclusion that you came to based on bias and not on weighing up specifications like Canadian 5th. You kinda proved my point, thanks.

I am big Imperial fan, but I admit that Imperium can lose battles from all kind of foes.
But I never went so far to actually number the range, service record, materials used, crew number and operational and battle range of Imperial Cobra class torpedo boat.
I love sci-fi but some people take it to seriously...

Most people don't go as far as quoting figures but a lot of 40k fans have the same attitude. It would get to figures being quoted if any actually existed. Thankfully 40k fluff is vague and varies a lot so no definate answers exist. Thats the problem with all these vs threads- we can at best speculate because 40k doesn't give real life comparissons.

I do respect Canadian 5th's attempts to actually try and compare the two instead of the usual response which are usualy just pages of people picking the side they think is coolest.

So apparently this thread has run its course.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.
