I bought the Astra Militarium Hammer of Cadia box today. It comes with 3 Leman Russes and I want to make one of them into a Punisher. However, they didn't come with the sprue to do so. Does anyone have any suggestion on how I could go about kit bashing a Punisher?

Just make one with coffee stirs. That's what I did for my vulture.

Do you have any other ideas besides coffee stirs?

Brass and aluminum tubing can be found in your local hardware store. Some of it is rod, but some of it is hollow tubing. And it's super cheap. Buy a bit, hack it down to 4-6 even-length pieces (depending on the diameter of the tube), and glue it into the turret. Voila.
You can always get a little bit more involved, of course. Said hardware store likely also sells plasticard. Get some .020 or .030 sheet styrene and cut out a pair of circles, and drill holes in it at even intervals (a hobby knife will drill just fine) and then glue the pieces of tubing into the slots/holes that you drilled. That way the tubes will have a bit of support, which will make it look more accurate as well as being more structurally sound.
Or, of course, you can use that same tubing and just make a grid of them and glue it to the front. That way, the punisher would work in a similar way to a Mitreilleuseor a Hwacha. Seeing 20 tiny barrels poking out of the turret of a russ should get its point across.

If you know anyone running any russes from the demolisher set they'll probably have spare punisher cannons.

What is that from and how was it made?

Sadly, I've already asked around my FLGS and the only person who is playing Russes has already used the Punisher bits on his Russes.

I'll check out my local Home Depot to see what they may have.

I just happened to be on this thread:

when your question popped up... brass rod is the way to go.

You can also use the gun bits from a Stormlord (from the Shadowsword kit). It makes a rather nice Punisher that fits in with the TW Punishers from the FW kit.

I used the Predator turret and it was easy to replace the tllc with the tlac from the ravenwing upgrade sprue.
