Unless someone DVR's it and transfers it over, I doubt it'll hit there.
For our use, Youtube is out of the scope of why we're doing the commercial in a tightly targeted locale in very specific locations.

Well, I saw the commercial, roughly 7 pm, last night (Feb 24) on KOMO, a Seattle Washington station.
It started off with a shot of some green army men, and the male voice over says somethig to the efect of" Is this what you think toy soldiers looks like?"
Then it showed a quick succession of miniatures, I practically gak my pants, because i was laughing so hard... Couldn;t believe my eyes, but thre it was, showed some CoD buildings assembled, shot of a game, a Carnifex closeup, then mentioned something about come on in and try it out, then showed the Double Eagle, and talked about some place named Auburn? I assume a mall in Seattle where this GW is in.
A friend of mine saw it on the same channel, we laughed about it.
So yeah, it is true, GW commerical on US TV

You sir, are yet another liar in a long line of liars in this thread.
Everyone knows that it is simply not possible for GW to ever advertise outside of white dwarf magazine.
Besides, we didn't already hear about it before, so thus your statement is vapor.

And just so people don't get their noses out of line, it is understandable that it appears incredulous that such a commercial would happen.
It IS out of character for GW to produce a commercial. The US business tends to push the envelope on many things and thus be the test bed for the world over for all kinds of endeavors. Not only will it leave customers in other countries scratching their heads as to the odd behavior... but we also tend to do the same to non-US staff.
It's the Wild West as it may be. Luckily every now and then something good comes out of it

Well, apparntly OP is telling the truth.
As of now, 2 mins ago its on tv.
I didnt pay much attention till i heard WAAAAAAAA
i quickly turned and seen a bunch of players in black t shirt and wearing ork hat lol.
Then it turns to GW logo , metal back ground with announcements voice "Games Work shop (now?) in Supermall "
Which i assume is in USA
It was on channel 28 ( KCPQ , Usually Fox Seattle )
Now if i have no idea wth GW is, seeing that commercial will NOT HELP at all.
The commercial is a failure.

Only the Canadians / Americans near seattle washington see the GW supermall adverticement. ( located in seattle )
maybe local broadcasts?
@ratbarf , no the commercial is really REALLY poorly made. I think they need
to hire professional cameramen lol , everything is too dark, as if someone with home camcorder made it.

Wow, the amount of facepalm in this thread is legendary. Sounds like it's a local commercial you'd see on cable access. GW must be trying to save a few bucks, or they're just advertising a new store opening.
A hobby company advertising on TV isn't outside the realms of possibility. GW did used to run commercials for their board games.
WotC ran a series of wonderfully awful commercials Magic:the Gathering.
"I'd say that first round went to the Orgg!"
Oh WotC, you so craaazy, what with your cheesy rubber costumes and Bob the accountant schitck.
The next series of "tragically hip" commercials weren't much better:
"Is there more to life that 500 channel TVs and zillion dollars movies?"
Uh... no?
"All you need is a brain, a deck, and a friend."
Yes, let's play collect little pieces of cardboard that have pictures of dragons on them. And then we have a game where we do math.
Whoever advertising agency did that commercial made out like a bandit.
The "Here I Rule" was worlds better, and actually captured the spirit of the game, and launched a sub-website to go with it.
Hopefully, if GW ever launches another national advertising campaign they can do something similar.

And yet a milestone for GW, who have never advertised before.
That's simply not true.
I'm stitting here looking at an issue of Dragon magazine from the late '80s with an ad for Rogue Trader as I type this. But yes, GW does not usually advertise outside their own poorly produced proganda rag. But to say they have never advertised is simply not true.

At my local GW the discussion comes up every once and a while... at while some people say it will boost sales drastically... it will also make GamesWorkshop stores even more of a baby sitting service then it already is... and the model molester thread will be full of great new stories! However alot of people (this is what managment says too) is that they just dont do commercials cause its how they like to work... They dont want to spread the hobby through tv but by mouth or w/e... Idk but I hope they dont do commercials... I dont want there to be any more pests running around breaking my stuff... sigh
