Praetorians! It takes guts to polish your buttons and rearrange your uniform in the thick of battle.

God I wish those Elysian drop troops wouldn't be from ForgeWorld only... those are so awesome!

I like valhallans and mordians too, but not to the same extent. I have three squads of mordian models in my army to act as veteran squads

Elysian Drop Troops. They look awesome, have cooler looking weapons, and remind of a cross between Halo's ODST's and the Colonial Marines from the Alien series.

Tanith, mostly for the fluff versus the model range. Valhallans are second, fluffwise.

Now, for the models themselves, well the Elysians are what I'd want to field, but I would miss the story aspect (as I don't know much about them).

See, I love the Elysians. They're like the Chuck Norris and Leeroy Jenkins of the Imperial guard, no word of a lie...

Elysian first. Futuristic Airborne dudes for the win. Ive been a paratrooper for 6 years so im a little biest. Cadians take second with their Kasrkin and fw respirator heads

I have about 10,000pts of praetorians, so I voted for them.

The FW ranges are really amazing though, and all of the 2nd edition ranges had a lot going for them.

Steel Legion and DK. Because everything's cooler with gas masks.

Although I appreciate the fact most of the Cadians stuff is plastic so have used them alot in the past.

My fave 100% are the Praetorians, I still regret that one of the few times I was utterly and compleately broke was when those boxes where released.

If they do ever do Mordian/Praetorians in the future in plastic, expect to see a full Imperial Guard version of Rouke's Drift compleate with terrain.

No overall favourite.
They all serve as sandbags in the end.

Although I am modelling up a praetorian army using plastic cadians and head/helmet swaps from WF Zulu war line infantry (the cadians have tunics under their flak vests).

I did this not because I particularly like the range of models they had, but because I don't like the plastic catachans, or metal Tallarns, Valhallans OR Vostroyans (really loathe them).

Eh, I voted Cadian. It may make me "boring," but I just like the looks of the minis, and the variety.

Krieg because they have a certain muddy WWII look, would have been drop troops though because they seem like the only units who wouldn't get slaughtered for the imperium

Right before voting it was a toss up between Death Korps and Steel Legion, who are very similar looking and equally awesome. I ended up voting for Steel Legion just because I knew Death Korps would get more votes.

But right after I voted I realized I was wrong, and that my favorite IG aren't listed. Because my favorite IG are CHAOS RENEGADES.
