I like the Space Cossaks. I just wish that they made a Rough rider version of them. Maybe mount them on Steampunk Style Robotic Horses.

elysians, only 'coz they the are like futuristic spec ops. if there was a second choice i would pick death korps, because they look pretty cool and they lots of awesome models (3 different types of the standard infantry squad! advancing, at ease, and firing.)

I always liked the valhallans. I thought of space russians as closest to modeling the guard feel. Also because they have the the old style heavy weapon teams which I think look awesome.

Mordians; I don't know why, I don't think the're anything supercool. I just 'like' them.
I loved the older tallarn models; but the newer FW ones are putting me off them for some reason

I voted for the Praetorian guard. Ever since the Big Toof River display with them I placed them at the top of the guard units. Infact, I went and painted my Steel Legion in red coats and blue pants. They are my 1st Praetorian Assault guards.

Mordian Iron Guard because of the blue uniforms and dress hats worn into combat. No combat armour needed, just iron hard resolve.

Catachen (but I have to convert them into chaos renegades as either Khorne or Undivided) because they are freakishly deadly in the fluff and having them on the board is like unleashing an army of rambos.

Exactly. They can't all be rambos. And while the Space Russians were my very first army before I got out of IG, the Steel Legion has almost lured me back to them more than once.

DKoK. No question. Who needs Space Russians when you can have Space Prussians? Plus, the officers can get super snazzy techno-zombie horses that look ten kinds of awesome.

I like the Catachans. They remind me of Rambo and Vietnam. Tallarn would be my second choice if GW made them look like the FW versions. Vostroyans and Elysians are close 3rd and 4th.

I wanna anti-vote for the plastic Catachans, who look like shaved gorillas in bandannas and vests...

I miss the old metal Catachans, who were actually pretty darned cool-looking, mainly because they apparently stayed away from the roid-aid the plastic Catachans were drinking.

I went for Tallarn Just cuz of the look and theme, but the models obviously are basically non-existent and the desert raiders book isnt great.

I've always liked the Harakoni Warhawks. The only proper picture of them in the old IG Codex shows them as "more advanced Elysians"
