Okay, been looking at the original art and I'm not seeing the "boobs" that everyone is attributing to the artist. It looks like the Termagants are coming out from in between the usual rib-like structures that make up the Tervigon's thorax.

Perhaps the oviducts are a little more enlongated on the model (which is easy to fix...just sand them down and touch up with greenstuff), but there are clearly two orifices from which the Termagants are birthed from...what "rib-like" structures are you talking about?

My feelings exactly. I loved the novel and now I finally have an excuse to do Thousand Sons with actually having to deal with the silliness of Codex: CSM.

The Tervigon 'birthing canals' seem to be orifices in between the rib-like structure circled with an elipse.

I dunno about the Tervigon Jugs/Nipples/whatevers, but otherwise it looks pretty solid. Boobs.

Otherwise: the Blood Raven pads look great, but the breakout hit for this batch, in my opinion, are the terminator pads. Create another one without the scarab and it's likely the current best of the batch. Overall the sculpting level has been really improving, and it was pretty good to start out.

This debate just makes it obvious how stupid GW was not to release an official miniature with the Tyranid launch. If they had, they could have changed the art or whatever in order for the mini to look decent.

WOW! Some amazingly useful stuff. It looks like something FW would do.

I really like the back plate. Not so sure on the egg sac or the neck line.

I will wait to see an actual model before I make any buying decisions but this might be good for making my second Tervigon.

Love the 1k Sons termie pads. Might be enough to talk me into that pre-heresy army.

For what it's worth, also not a fan of that Tervigon kit. Just doesn't look much different than a Carnifex. Birthing thing-things should be a lot bigger and noticable IMO. That said, a good starting point for some simple conversions. Keep it as cheap as possible and they should fly.

Brazier door decoration is pretty darn cool looking. Also like the creepy tactical skull door.

I also do not have enough time to convert mine, and will definetly be picking up two!

I think the tervigon would look better if the kit came with custom legs and a tail extension. It looks way too top heavy.

I think the Tervigon is pretty damned good, imo... The birthing vents could use some work, but nothing a little greenstuff can't fix...

Might I make a suggestion though? Maybe you could provide both the Tervigon Birthing Sacs as well as Tyrannofex weapon choices for the body extension? From what I can gather, both the Tervigon and Tyrannofex have similar body structures. Maybe you could provide a choice of Birthing Sac, Acid Spit, Fleshborer Hive and Rupture Cannon, and allow us to swap them around using magnets?

I'd probably do this myself, but your sculpts would probably be waaayyy better than mine! Also, I can imagine you'd really draw a whole bunch of purchases if you went with my suggestion... I could be wrong though...

My honest opinion?
The Tevrigon...I dislike. I don't know why, maybe it's just the pose of the model you've used but something about it is puttng me off. The Marine stuff is on par with most of your other stuff (that is to say, very good, especially the Mantis warriors upgrades. ) Now those Rhino doors I like a LOT, and will be ordering for my homebrew chapter as it fits their fluff quite well. I would definatly be interested in seeng more vehicle upgrade kits with that 'style'.

Although...with the new Badab war stuff FW will be releasing soon, maybe it's bad timing for the Mantis warrior packs?

Wow. These are amazing. Your detail, precision and proportion have all gotten really, really good.

Looking forward to ordering a ton of those pre-H T-sons pads when I finally get around to Marines next year or so.

If i might make a suggestion, maybe it would be cool if you could make a conversion kit that lets you change an eldar falcon into a fire prism ish tank .

Any update on release time for the tervigon??

do you guys plan on doing any kits for dreadnoughts any time in the future? Chapter specific upgrades for venerables maybe? that would be sweet
