It turns out GW has been charging everyone so much money because somewhere, probably in the himalayas, there is the worlds first warlord Titan under construction. its being built by some guy who looks like the Stig albeit in gold and that all along GW has been a facade for this golden figure to unite the world under his Titans might.

some say only he can see The Warp and that he is so voracious in bed that he himself is now pregnant with twenty babies.....

Imperium - eaten by 'nids
Eldar - eaten by 'nids
Dark eldar - eaten by 'nids
Tau - eaten by 'nids
Orks - eaten by 'nids
Chaos SM - either eaten by nids or become deamons and die like them
Deamons - cease to exsit because of the 'nids there is no sentient life to feed them with emotion so they die.
'nids starve becuse they'e eaten everything
Necrons go back to sleep and don't wake up becuse there is no sentient life to activate them.

The Orks would FINALLY join together and crush the galaxy. After that, they will turn on themselves and fight down to the last Ork. The last Ork will be massive and godly. He will enjoy his new power for all of an hour, after getting bored of strutting, he will finally punch himself to death.

Problem for humanity and all other races: Khorne gets stronger by violence and murder. So, to stop him, and thereby chaos, is to make all races peacefull. Now, try to get an ork peacefull. Now try to make all of them peacefull.

All races end the same way: The emperor wakes up. Takes a look around. Sees a bunch of xenos, traitors, and a bunch of people who worship him as a god despite his best efforts to the contrary.

Eldar will probably destroy themselves in a civil war, tyranids will run out of food, necrons... well they may not wake up, Chaos and the imerpium will be destroyed simultaneously in a great inal battle destroying the galaxy. Tau will die when a ethereal leads a campaign against the rest of the Tau.

The Necrons return numbering in the trillions with a fleet that is hundreds of millions large. All the tomb worlds awaken revealing an Empire within several Empires.

Panicking, the various Empires of the galaxy unite in one cause to destroy this unspeakable threat.

World by world, the Necrons continue a purging started millions of years ago. While this happens, one by one, the various "experiments" the old ones created are harvested.

As the final battles reaches the surviving forces on Terra, Fire Warriors, Orkz, Guard and whats left of the Astartes prepare to defend the Emperor to the death... Inside the royal palace, the full might of the Custodes stands ready.

At the gate to the palace, Leman Russ stands firm, adorning the armor of the Emperor.

Then we all rage at 9th Edition.

All the Orks'll team up and be like lets bash some

First gone, Tau, then IG, then chaos then all other races,at the end the orks eventually kill the eldar.
The old ones are enraged and destroy the Galaxy. 'nuff said

I always thought that warhammer was going to end like this.
The Tau, Eldar, and The IoM will have an alliance and the Forces of Chaos, Orks, Necrons, and Tyranids in another alliance. Then in terrra the Emperor leads the good vs Horus Leading the bad and just about everything was going to die the old ones come and say that everyone has to live in peace and chaos is stopped because the daemons expload the necrons phase out into death and the tyranids all die.

While I like the idea, I find problems with the highlighted parts.

I would like to think nids get wiped out by the imperium in a Mass-Effect style Krogan Genophage disease. Not entirely wiped out but only a few small hive fleets remain.

the orks unite and in the largest waaagh ever imagined the orks destroy everything in the galaxy. the tau as thier revenge invent a serum that in 10 generations will stop ork spores from growing. the retro viruse spreads as the orks fight eachother and due to being unable to reproduce and constant fighting they kill themselves off

nids will consume the whole galaxy when the hive mind arrives and the imperium realises all the hive fleets were one organism that is the size of multiple galaxys. After the whole galaxy is consumed the nids will move on to the next. The only survivors the necrons and they just go back to sleep waiting for new life to evolve and harvest. This is the same cycle that has continued for 50000billion years, just noone knows that.

Here is how the orks will die. Back way way back when the brain boys made the orks, the brain boys put in a small generic switch. A switch that when switched on, would destroy the orks. One day by accident or intention this switch is turned on and it gives rise to the flower boys.

They are strange by ork standards. They don't want to fight or do any of the normal ork things. All they do is skip around picking flowers to put in their hair. Naturally the orks are fearful of these new boys and try to wipe them out, but that is their doom. Each time a flower boy dies, they release billions of tiny flower spores that attach to any orks and turn them into flower boys.

The orks use all they can. Shootas, big shootas, bigger shootas. Every thing they try just leads to more of their own going mad with flowers and with no normal orks dieing, the are slowly replaced by hippies.

orks unite and wipe out a load of race.
they end up in an eternal fight between the three respawning races- daemons, orks and tyranids.

Daemons enjoy killing, but destruction on the scale Necrons want would be the end of the Daemons.

Here is my idea for the "final battle".

Set 10,000 years after the current narrative setting, the final days of the imperium of man are fast approaching. The immortal god-emperor is dead, the golden throne having finaly failed. The power of Terra is broken - Imperial guard regiments reduced to fighting as mercernaries, space marines becoming independant warbands with no one to lay allegiance to. The ranks of the Chaos Space Marines have been greatly bolstered by loyalists who need desperately something to place their faith in. Many human worlds have been lost, either to infighting or to the sway of Chaos. In these dark places, Chaos Daemons walk the streets as commonly as a man might - such is the level of corruption afoot.

The enigmatic Eldar are all but passed from the universe. They have forged a desperate alliance with the tau Empire, so that they may yet stave off annihilation. Perverted Slaneshi cults and warbands roam the galaxy hunting eldar, to sacrifice them to their foul lord of excess. What Farseers survive, can no longer delve into the warp - the risk of annihilation is too great.

The dark ones of the city of Commoragh know their time is also coming to an end. Every day, the forces of Chaos probe deeper into the webway. It is only a matter of time until they are discovered, and have to emerge into the anarchy of realspace.

Worst of all, a deadly new enemy has arisen, bringing doom to all in it's wake. The vile Star gods have overwhelmed the Tyranid hive mind, and fused the bio-matter of their servants to their minions to create hideous new apparitions of steel and sinew. Some imperial guardsmen mercenaries have dubbed these ghouls as the "Tyranons", though no one knows their true name. Fearsome creatures such as Trygons have been enhanced into nightmarish Bio-Mechanical constructs, bent to the will of an evil master. What once was a natural force, has been
harvested into a force for evil.

Last but not least, the legendary Ghazkull Thrakka has found a way to cheat death. Culling his savage ork bloodlust, he has recognised that his race needs to be united, or it will be doomed. The largest Waggghh! ever recorded is his alone to command, and with the galaxy in such a state of disarray, it would take a monumental effort to stop the green juggernaut.

No-one will be able to explain how, or why, but from the outer edges of the galaxy an energy field forms, slowly enveloping everything from planets to ships. Races are forced to evacuate planets in order to prevent being caught up in its destructive wake as it consumes everything in its path- living or non living. Word of this spreads around the Galaxy, as no one can divinate its origin from the warp, nor derive its origins technically. Only two things are for certain - anything caught in it's path will be destroyed.

And the final destination of the field.. is Terra.

The final chapter of the Warhammer 40,000 universe is about to unfold.
