Another thing I love about LoL is how they give out gifts as apologies. If the servers go down, they have given out IP or XP boosts in return, and last time they gave out Riot points.

Gotta love em

Meh I find most AP casters to be OP around mid game, then you get an MR item or two and they cant kill you before you destroy them.

I'm starting up with fiddle as well, I think he's great, except, much like an inchy trigger finger, the urge to use his ulti over the much more effective fear leech combo is often too much...

Oh and Vulk, you think Ryze is bad? He's been nerfed... Who you have to watch out for is Leblanc. She can pull of 1k burst damage at a time. Thats enough to knock out most players.

Heh, been practicing with Malzahar some more, I have to say, nobody really knows who he is, then goes "LOLWAT?!" when I pop my ULT. Kind of funny, I just wish he recieved a little buff to his passive, after the early game, voidling is basically crap.

Other Dreadnaughts should just go somewhere and be a toaster.

Mattieu~~~~ It's not that eldar are bad, it's that they require a lot of intergration between units. Also, that doesnt prove anything other than GW has a huge hard-on for marines, and, given the option between making a xeno the best psykers or making a marine the best psyker, they will 9 times out of 10 choose the marine.

God I wish I was better at this game. I bought Ryze, and while he's still my best character, I find myself mostly feeding the other team.

The irony was that I played DotA for the longest of times, so it seems absurd to me that I could do so horribly at it's spiritual successor. I just hope I'm not as bad at DotA2.

Malzahar is very popular at high levels (as is ryze). His ultimate is more then enough to one hit KO many champions.

I'm sure a Malz buff is top priority right after more Gragas nerfs.

I never buy wards that money could be spent better else where imo (like saving for bf sword), I don't need a ward to tell me where the enemy is I can predict their movements by the mini map.

True, but can you predict if an Eve is standing next to you. Sometimes when playing as her I like to throw out a taunt or something while doing it if I've got a good score going, most of the time though I don't see them doing this.

They're worth it, but only if you're going good enough to be able to keep a decent pace on your build as well. Generally one at the mid entrance to your lane is good enough.

Though I usually main Teemo now, so it's like they all have a ward.

Not buying wards is a horrible horrible horrible thing... Good players know that other good players can predict their movements on the minimap. There are numerous times where I will let the creeps see me go one way, then double back and go a different way once im in the fog. Also you can "predict" all you want, but if you think someone is coming towards you and start tower hugging when in reality they arent coming for you, you are losing exp and farm. Wards let you know, without a shadow of a doubt, that you are safe or not.

Also in more competitive play there is a ward bitch to put it lightly lol. Someone who isnt nearly as reliant on gear to be useful to the team. They might have the run 5 boots and a few other minor items, but most of their farm is spent on wards.

Wards are ESSENTIAL when you are playing at a higher level.

Indeed I like to do the same with anything that lets them see me on the map. If it's clairvoyance it's time for Teemo to say "Hi guys" over all chat.

Or you hear the whirl of doom from a Rammus...

Also finally brought and tried out Soraka. Surprisingly decent for a support. Managed to 1v1 their solo mid Ezreal, but I'm putting that down to mostly player skill. So slow after Teemo though.

It's simple, memorize every champs jungle route timing down to the sec, then you'll never need to buy wards ever!

1 min. 22 sec. Shaco should be putting down his 3rd box on Red.

I still buy an invis ward on TT if they have an assassin, if they dont, I place down a sight ward. 75 GP is cheap to be able to prevent nearly every gank.

When I see too many mia's I don't venture too deep into the enemy base, unless I'm with a group. If several enemy champions have disappeared something's going on I don't need a ward to tell me that.

Yes but during that time you are back at your tower, losing farm.

With wards you know where they are and could potentially farm in peace for a while knowing you are safe.

Watch replays of people that are good at the game, and they have wards everywhere.

He's in the jungle or he's going to jump you at a lane, besides I rarely go out of my base by myself I usually play a tank meaning I'm there to scare off any potential threats that occur to my lane partner. The only

non-tank I play is Warwick but he has enough hp, life-steal and movement to escape most ganks.

Tank items aren't as expensive and if I'm playing Warwick I try keep a steady stream of champion kills so the rewards should be able to compensate for the more expensive items.

There is obviously no changing your mind.

However watch some higher end replays. Wards win games.

Normally the team that is more agressively warding and ward hunting wins, there is a reason for that.

I'm not saying there useless, it's just I would rather save up the money for my build. Plus you should never be soloing in LOL anyways that's just asking for a death right there, no one is there to support your hero as

you try to remove the beat-down.
