I have to add to this thread after my game last night

Was playing against chaos khorne army with my necrons and was playing around with a very wraith heavy list (12x wraiths, 2000 point battle) and the wraiths actually managed getting ripped apart pretty quick :(

But that's not the point, the last is the triarch stalker... the entire game he was chasing a defiler and just could not do a thing to him with his melta. First round he closed in as it was still night fighting. Second round he shot, hit once, rolled a 1 to pen (22" range, so no 2x d6's.) and the defiler was too far out to even be in range of anything else to benefit from the twin linking.

Third round the defiler was approaching him, he was within 10" im thinking "this is it! LETS END IT!" Fire my two shots, not even a glance

3rd round, defiler gets into range and unloads on him with its firepower and doesn't even glance the stalker, then he gets assaulted.

I'm thinking "Great... this guy is what, str 10 with dreadnought weapons?" 4 attacks from the defiler - 3 hits... roll to pen... ALL ONES!

I strike back with my 3 attacks - THREE HITS!! I roll to pen, TWO PENS! I grin at my opponent, two of our friends walk over as they just finished. I roll to wound - I ROLLED A TWO AND A ONE! ARGH the frustration.

The next round , Defiler attacks again, I think its over but he missed all attacks! I swing back, 2 hits, but no pens.

At this point I could see my buddy who is playing the chaos army getting more and more frustrated but we're still having a good laugh over this and how this spider walker is literally tap dancing around.

The next round, defiler swings first - scores 1 hit, AGAIN Rolls a 1.

I swing back, hit once... penned... ROLLED A 5 ON THE DAMAGE CHART!! I could NOT believe it!! My friend just sat there with the biggest "WTF!" look on his face as this initiative 2 walker with no special CC weapons stood its ground and bested the defiler.

I was playing a game with my eldar against my friend's cadians. He likes to kit out his ccs for close combat for fun- I think he had a power fist on his company commander, 2x body guards, and I want to say meltas?

Anyway, My turn comes and my Banshees (at this point about 6 strong) had just finished killing some Veterans and they Charged into the ccs!

Of course I roll like gak, and barely any of my attacks hit. Even with doom support so few attacks passed the "to hit roll" his squad was still in pretty good shape. Then his ccs viciously attacks back and I end up losing combat by 1. I roll my leadership and of course fail. Just because its one of those days my Banshees get run down... I mean initiative 5 vs 3 >_>.

That weekend his ccs with a fist punches out another Eldar player's Wraithlord. what a boss.

I once charged Ghazkull Thraka with Imperial Guardsmen (with just a simple flamer)
A few turns later my 7 remaining guardsmen stabbed Ghazkull to death with their toothpicks.

My brother used a squad of 10 guardians and a farseer and kill 10 khorne berzerkers in CC after being charged then shot down an 8 man chaos marine squad and then to top it off they shot a daemon prince dead

My kroot g2g in forest cover were enjoying their 2+ cover save, when I got shot at by some ork boyz.

More or less my entire 32 strong unit of krootz got killed

I strategically was able to get all 5 squads of my grey knight purifiers into combat in one turn againts orks ready to unload Purifying Flame, and then proceeded to perils and lose all 5 Knight of the Flames, lol
