Well I wouldn't say the whole model because he actually serves me very well. But whenever my swarmlord casts leech essence to try and gain wounds back, he nearly always causes a perils, twice he has actually killed himself because of it (the irony of doing this in order to try and prolong his existence is palpable).

Or I will always have one of my trygons roll a 1 when the fleet roll is what would get him into combat.

But other than that, I wouldn't say I have any models that consistently do badly for me.

Big mek with Kustom Mega Blasta; always overheats and fails to fix stuff :(

I'm on the boat for the melta-hate as well. My meltavets can never kill anything with their guns. I think they have more kills in cc than in shooting.

And on the topic of CC....

My Tau do fairly well in shooting, but they have done much better in CC. Once a squad of 6 Fire Warriors w/ Shas'Ui whittled away a Assault Marine Combat Squad until all that was left was the Sergeant w/ Power Fist. I plan on playing Farsight Enclaves when the update rolls along.

LRBT......They literaly cannot hit, or penetrate the broadside of a barn in my hands

Usually my master of ordnance never really hits much. Except against horde armies which of course gets kills and is followed by a "may I see your codex?"

My sentinel squad were my designated tank hunters, with las-cannons. They have one armor kill, and that was a drop pod with weapons destroyed already. In all but 2 of my games they died by the end of turn 2.

Deffkoptas. They never hit anything with their twin linked Rockets and die very early.
Or my def dead. It look so damn scary, that it always dies first. It has 4 close combat weapons so if I do get it into combat, its very killy, but that hardly ever happens.

I can't hit gak with ANY one shot only weapons other than a deathstrike, the deathstrike consistantly scatters over my friend's monolith and easily kills it.

That would be my Penal legionares, I normaly run a few squads in my army. And it never fails, bu turn two or max three they are all either shot to pices or eaten by the local fauna. They have only once preformed well in combat, and that was against rippers

In some ways my Razorwing. Specifically its Monoscythe missiles.
They pretty much always hit directly, they then proceed to score all of about 2-3 wounds (out of about 5-10 hits) which tend to all get saved.
I've fired those Str6 missiles about 30-40 times and they've killed about 3 models with em.

I run them in two pairs with Warrior squads, so you'd think 4 S8 AP2 shots would hurt something, or at least, you know, hit.

Oh, and the Monolith. Big scary AV 14 flying tank with Living Metal, pretty durable, right? Last three games the first thing to touch it has penetrated, then rolled a 6 on Vehicle Damage. Last two games I didn't even get to shoot with the blasted thing.

the lascannons of my havoc squad, its bad enough that each model costs 50 points, but to have to get a snake eyes every single turn is just sad....

Also my chaos dread who likes to miss all the time, until he has to hurt his friends. (the bully...)

My Leman Russ Demolisher.

Always got blown up before it could move or before it could get within range. The one time it did get a shot off, it failed to penetrate a RHINO and promptly got blown up afterwards by the meltagun inside.

It has since been modified into a standard LRMBT and has been doing much, MUCH better.

Surprisingly enough, my Emperor's Champion has either performed beautifully at what he does or has failed miserably. One game he held up a squad of GK terminators for a game and another he died to gaunt fire......

It's not so much they can't do anything... it's just that they never get the chance too:

Death company: It's either everything is dead by the time they get there, or their transport get shot down, and they decide to attack the god damn dreadnought....

I have learned a crucial rule as far as lascannons are concerned - if you only fire one, it will almost never hit. And if it does hit, it will not wound or pen. Never, ever, fire a lascannon by itself.

Drahzar master of blades, I've played about 6 games with him and he's always been killed, even if my wyches (200 points, cheaper than drahzar) are walking around killing Calgar and his honour guard while drahzar is in his death bed via AOBR terminators

Yes, I have an armoured Sentinel with missile launcher. I played three times tonight, did not have one glance or penetrating hit. A failure in that department. However, it did tar pit a unit of Eldar guardians twice. So, it does not do what I need it to, however, I still find a use.

Have never had a model fail to do anything as much as the AoBR Dread. Couldn't hit anything either ranged or in melee, but could take quite a few hits back before being wrecked.

These days it has been ripped apart and used for terrain and bits for conversions.

My Librarian can never make a Psychic Hood roll. He did so only once out of maybe 10 games, and it wasn't even on a game-breaking power.

When I first started I made myself a fancy Chaos Termie Lord with a khorne daemon weapon and a combi-melta. He never made a save with 2+ or 5+ in about 10 games. And rarely if ever got any attacks because of 1s with his weapon rolls.
I put on the shelf for 3ish months before picking him up and making a desperate attempt to use him. He took on like 30 assault marines with powerfists and killed all but 3 before dying off. Only time his luck ever turned around. Now I use him as a Termie champ only to be sacrificed to my greater daemon.

My Tau army, Hammerhead is an awesome tank killer, always hits, always rolls a 1 to armor pen.

I have 2 Models that constantly fail. Abaddon he is supposed to take out all the decent characters on the board as he has an amazing statline. but always rolls a 1 (facepalm).
oh and land raider its supposed to destroy a medium armour vehicle but cannot hit even with re-rolls. I think i may take off Daemonic Possession.

I have now remodeled one of those sentinels into a piece of terrain. That's what you get.

On the opposite side of the spectrum, my favorite Melta Marine has never died, and my Daemon Prince is always a winner. My chaos Terminator champion with a chainfist and Heavy flamer has also never died, surprisingly.

MY ORGYNS.... they fight like women with all open hand slaps... and then fail their break test and get ran down EVERYGAME! No matter if I put 3 in or 10 in the list :(
