Ok so colour options
I DIDNT take the below pictures (they are from my supplier...so apologies about the grey background - doesnt make it very visible for the clear colours).
I will make any canal in any of these colours special order (if they prove popular i will add them to the website). To order, just order PM me the colour you want and then order the regular canal pieces on the website. Prices would be the same but delivery may be a little longer (few days).
All of the colours are translucent so can show a pattern underneath. Those called frosted will be less translucent as they are um..frosted.
Please use the exact name below, as otherwise you may get the wrong colour!

So a while ago i posted a prototype of a 6mm warehouse. Feedback was (broadly): It looked too modern/wasn't Gothic enough and needed a roof.
With everything else going on I had to put it on the back burner. But now I give you the 6mm Epic Scale Warehouse (2.0) with 110% more Gothic...(and 100% more roof):
On sale now for £4 : http://honeybeeworks.co.uk/products/6mm-gothic-dark-future-warehouse
Dimensions:
Width: 6.4cm
Length: 9cm
Height (to the roof): 5cm (good for Knight/Titan cover)
This is the first of range of 6mm buildings I plan (and is probably one of the simplest, shape wise, as it's a warehouse after all). So watch this space.
Comments, feedback and suggestions welcome.

Available now: a larger 6mm scale bridge. This is both wider and longer than the Epic bridge we sell in a 2 pack. (About twice as long and twice as wide). However, it remains compatible with our modular road system as the bridge features a 5.5cm wide road and 2x 1.5cm wide walkways divided by barrier.
Leaving these barriers off allows the full width of the bridge to be used for larger scales (such as 10mm or 15mm).
The bridge is 22cm long, 10cm wide and 6.5cm high.
Priced at £12 each and available at: http://www.honeybeeworks.co.uk

Latest addition to the 6mm Epic scale building line. A Genatorium (power station)
By far the most complex I have designed to date, it has some 'shield generator' inspired cooling vents on the sides and a lot of detail (even has a keypad on the door). Gothic style vents and cog shaped chimneys.
Dimensions: 8cm tall, 10cm wide and 7cm deep.
On sale now for £7: http://honeybeeworks.co.uk/products/6mm-gothic-genatorium-power-station
We've also lowered our shipping prices again so the US/Canada should be much cheaper. Europe and UK have also gotten slightly cheaper.
Comments, feedback or suggestions always welcome.

That is some great stuff.
You might consider upsizing some of the buildings to 28mm, maybe start small and move up? It's a more popular scale and your recent buildings look really great.

Thanks Kid_Kyoto
I definitely plan to have equivalency in the 6mm and 28mm lines. Reason for the focus on 6mm at the moment is though it is less popular and a smaller community, it is probably also less well served. Anything we make in 6mm outsells the 28mm equivalent about 10:1.
It's also easier to make the 6mm version and scale up, than the other way round
I have a few projects in the pipe but expect to see 28mm versions....

So I may be going mad. During a discussion on a certain game set in a bug infested space ship and 6mm scale I got to wondering if we could make an interlocking spacecraft corridor set for 6mm out of plastic. Here are the first prototype corridors and walls. Next will be a room prototype, then on to doors (which I intend to make open and some blips and objectives.
The corridors, with the walls in place are 1.6cm wide. The walls are 6mm high.
These are just the prototype pics and not painted up, just with some light gray to bring out the details.
In case you are wondering the grill in the corridor floor is actually a grill, not painted on, so yes there is 3D in the corridor floor and walls.
I have some Prowlers (Genestealers) and Novan (Terminators) on order so as soon as they arrive I can take some better scale shots.
Thoughts? Would people be interest in buying pocket/travel space corridors for those table constrained bug hunts?? Would really appreciate feedback as to whether people would be interested....

Wow, 6mm corridors! Would this work with Spartan Games Halo figures? That could be really sweet if so.
Can't say I'm in the market for this personally atm, but I'd Thiel that might be your biggest market and is a pretty hot item at the moment. Only issue is they multibase their figures, would need to be single based for corridor use, I think...

Hi RiTides
I wasnt aware of the Halo figures from Spartan, but having a quick look it the figures are 1:100 (about 18mm) rather than the 1:285 of 6mm.
The good bit of my production process is I can simply tell the machine to make things 3x bigger to go from 6mm to 18mm so it is definitely possible.
Right now, i'm focusing on the 6mm product.

So, I guess the big question for me is, how big would whole maps be? Would it be viable to, instead of making it modular, have a little stack of maps?

I love the bug hunt corridors. Since I own an epic space marine and epic tyranid army already, I would love to get some to play some kind of 6mm variant of space hulk (or epic, modified for enclosed spaces? who knows!)
Problem is my armies are all multibased, as I imagine most peoples are. I figure you probably want to make them greater than 20mm wide at minimum to accommodate the standard GW square base size, if not greater than 40mm wide to fit the GW rectangular bases.
I realize at 40mm they start to become less "6mm corridors" and more "6mm 4 lane highways with side walls" but maybe you could do two variants?

Thanks everyone for the interest in this. Sorry I havent been responding; my wife gave birth 13 days ago so everything else has fallen by the way side.
In rare moments I have found some time to progress the designs for these corridors and will try to post some pics tonight of the production grade corridors and rooms I have made so far.
To answer some questions:
How big will a map be: Hmmm...as the layout is so open with the pieces connecting in so many ways - hard to give an exact answer. However, I think you could have a 'large' layout at one end of a coffee table, or on a train table when going on journey. You could probably squeeze a game on to an aircraft tray table by making the map more rectangular. The pieces are really pretty small - will post some scale shots with some US and UK coins for context.
Little stack of maps: The real cost for me is plastic. To me a map would have a lot of dead space for this style of game/corridor, and drive up the cost considerably as more plastic would be used (as well as drive down the flexibility of the layout. I have considered whether corridors without walls would be better (would be cheaper and require no assembly) but i think it would lose something. However, see my note below about other plans.
Corridor width and bases: Yup this is an issue. Personally i bought some miniatures specifically for this (some Nova Elites and Prowlers from Onslaught) and intend to use them unbased. The corridors are 1.6cm wide currently to allow for easy picking up of the miniatures to move them. This does mean a standard GW Epic base fits length ways (14mm x 40mm) but obviously most peoples miniatures would be based facing the wall.
Could I make the corridors wide enough for the classic 20mm square epic base? There would need to be some clearance so I would need to make them 22mm wide from the inside of the walls (that's wide enough to drive a rhino down). The walls are 3mm thick each, making a total of 28mm. The short corridor pieces are only 30mm long, so essentially they would be square :( The other issue would be doors. Either the door would be an airlock in the centre of a wall across the corridor (weird) or they would be the width of the corridor....which means they would be about 12mm high but 22mm wide....which would look wrong.
As for 40mm wide bases - yeah...that would be 6mm space highways
However, fear not i recently played Zone Mortalis on the FW resin modules. Love the game and the rules but detest the FW modules (for a number of reasons - not least they cost £500 and aren't square). A more 'interconnecting large rooms' style 6mm scenery set would allow using 20mm and 40mm bases. I want to create some more epic scale buildings after these corridors...then it will be on to this 'interconnecting large rooms'.....so watch this space.
Fridge Hulk: OMG i had the same thought. I have (somewhere) some magnet backed plastic. I thought I could cut the corridors (not the walls) the counters etc and make a fridge magnet based version That may have to wait a while though!
Cost for a complete 'game' set of these: I am trying to keep a complete set (basically as much corridor/rooms/blips/doors etc as you would get in another company's 28mm based game) for around the £20 mark (bearing in mind those were 2D cardboard and these are 3D plastic). Are people interested?

As promised some pics of what I have produced so far. I have designed far more....just with the new arrival not had a chance to paint and assemble. For context this represents about 1/5th of what would be in the final set (and there are a lot more rooms in the other 4/5ths).
These pieces fit in to half an A4 piece of paper (which is 210mm by 300mm) and there is a 10p for scale.
The pic of the ends shows some of the examples. The airlock provides the exit/entry to the maps and there will be 4 in the set. The others are examples of some of the dead ends (again there will be 4 different ones in the set).
Feedback really welcome.

More 6mm space hulk style corridor insanity....I am gradually drawing closer to the day when the set will be done and you could buy your very own kit With the new arrival it's definitely slower going!
Finished some of the shorter corridors (6th is being painted), one of the 90 degree corners (there will be 4),one of the cross roads (there will be 4), some more 'room like corridors' (more to come) and the final (4th) dead end for the set.
Everything i have made so far still fits on to a single A4 piece of paper (210mm x 297mm)
Bit disappointed I was tired and got a bit heavy handed with the brown wash - will need to sort later.
