When some says that the FLGS plays warhammer, and when you go with all of your crap. You find out it was fantasy, and no 40k what so ever.

When you lose more of your army to friendly fire/dangerous terrain. Thank to enemy fire.

I honestly don't know why they have so many kinds of CCW in a game with guns. A heavy bolter would easily be able to cut down an entire bayonet charging guard blob, logically. But apparently miniguns only fire 18 times per battle in the 41st millenium

You know that sinking feeling when...

... your Chaos Dreadnought goes crazy with Fire Frenzy on the first turn of the game... (and shoots a heavy flamer and bolter that can't hurt it at your strategically-placed Land Raider, whew)

... then rolls Fire Frenzy AGAIN on the second turn...
... AND the fourth turn...
... AND the fifth turn...

... Then FINALLY rolls something that's not a Fire Frenzy after getting one of its combat arms shot off - instead it rolls a Blood Rage! It's angry about its missing arm! It moves towards the closest enemy, the enemy HQ! Finally, some progress! It's actually going somewhere instead of pissing impotently into the wind with a flamer! It looks like it can make it into combat, too! Then it rolls to run...

... and rolls a one on its run...
... leaving it seven inches away from said HQ unit that it really wanted to punch in the face.

/sigh

SO MANY QUOTE PYRAMIDS! Anyway...

You know that sinking feeling you get when you turn your back on your megaforce for 2 minutes fumbling for a bit in your bitz box and most of the sprues for the Drop Pod, Land Raider and Tactical Squads are in the hands of a small child with wire clippers and glue...

Maybe. I managed to snatch the sprues before something terrible happened. As soon as I got them he scarpered. I seriously hope it was just a misconception, but I doubt it highly. Anyways, I still can't find the commander sprue to this day. GW shopkeeper replaced it with a brand new box, though.

That's too bad about the command sprue, even though it got replaced. It doesn't feel right when a model(s) is replaced by an identical one, when the original belonged to a greater whole.

He just sounds like a bad kid tbh.

Yeah I had a kid take my Commander R'alai. My expensive, FW commander R'alai.

And also, the worst was some kid tried to steal the heavy railgun on my manta. There are no replacement parts, if I hadn't gotten it back, I would have had to drop ANOTHER 1500$ on a brand new manta...and I'd have three.
