I don't think you could go into all special rules, wargear items, unit size etc. but you probably could do just baseline stats. GW has about 2/3 of their model's stats displayed on their website.

Its Str=Wounds. It regains a wound for each one it inflicts. It has a Large Blast psychic power that causes D3 automatic, unsavable wounds on Doom, before it regens, and is AP, Str of shot = Wounds.

If you are within 6" of it at the start of any shooting phase, then you take a Ld test on 3D6 and lose a wounds for every point failed by, cover saves and invulnerable saves allowed. It regains these woundfs you lose.
