I've been noticing over the past few days, news reports of North Korea's great leader being out of the public eye. Where, oh where can he be?

Rumor is that Kim is being pushed out of control of the country by other officials. Really with that haircut, I'm surprised he hasn't already been assassinated

That is actually a very sad picture.

But I dont believe much news from North Korea as it always sounds a bit far fetched. Seems like media likes to make a joke of it for extra attention (and it worked) but in reality its a horribly sad situation.

If he really is missing, then Im pretty sure he is either ill, or just feels like a break and nobody is gonna say he cant take a break.

I thought it sad also, and most thought provoking.

Glorious leader shoukld look strong not fat, fat gloruious leader in starving country does not inspire workers towards fulfilling glorious revolution.

Kim Jong Un is back, though he now walks with a stick.

Wether or not the foreign commentary had any bearing on why he returned to public view while still unwell is up for debate.

He looks OK though, and the more rational rumours for his absence, especially the rumour of a gout attack make sense.
