I had to have a quite a think on this one but I think my earliest recollection is playing 1942 on a friends C64 around 1985.
I looked up some gameplay vids of it on youtube and it looked vaguely familiar. After that it was probably Harrier Attack on my first Amstrad CPC.

My folks had a Pong console. Later an Atari 2600 (which I still have/use). So probably the earliest is going to be one of the classic atari games like space invaders or combat in the very early 80’s.

Probably playing Hogan's Alley at Showbiz. Either that or those old games you typed in to your Commodore 64 out of the magazines (that's text printed on glossy paper for you youngins) in order to get an ugly sprite to move across the screen. Not sure which came first for me, but my dad worked as a tech at Showbiz, so that was pretty early on.

Aces of the Deep back in the mid to late 90s. I sunk many Allied vessels. My first introduction to the world of "modern" gaming was Jedi Outcast. I played the hell out of that game, KotOR and Morrowind back in the day.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

Combat on Atari at my cousins house. I know we had a K-Mart Pong console but I only remember that we had it, don't really remember playing it much. Combat sticks out much more in my mind.

I remember those, they just weren't my first memory. I think we might have had the Pac-man one.

The first "game" I remember playing was Microsoft flight simulator (one of the 90's). That was only really messing around, the first games I really member getting into were when my dad bought me two packs of PC games for Christmas, a bunch of need for speed games, although the only one I really played was underground, and the first four harry potter games, as well as quittich. I also remeber playing Pokemon sapphire on one of my friend's GBA.
I really only played PC games (other than Nintendo handhelds), because the consoles were too expensive, until I got a Wii.
