Well, that looks awesome!

And a JL preview:

Totally sold on Flash, Cyborg looks amazing and Aquaman seems quite the badass.

I just can't get terribly enthusiastic about either of these....

Jason Mamoa does look cool, at least.

He'd be cooler as Lobo, of course.....

Yep, I'm all in for Wonder Woman. Plus my daughters will probably enjoy it, so that's a plus.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this one. I enjoyed Batfleck but was let down by Batman v. Superman as a whole. As long as it doesn't take itself too serious I think it'll be alright.

I watched the Justice League trailer, but skipped the Wonder Woman one. - I'm pretty comfortable with trusting that's going to be great (Now would 2014/2015 Compel say the same thing when Gal Gadot was announced I dunno).

However, I just had to check out the Justice League trailer and... Well, I'm really surprised. It does look like it's going to be well, fun. I hope they haven't gone too much the light and fluffy way though. - A little bit of Batman being scary would have been handy to ease any doubts though.

Both trailers looked awesome. As long as they keep away from Loopy Lex, we should be fine. It was a nice touch not showing Supes in the trailer. All us comic fans know he's only sleeping. But having him be a "surprise" in the movie will be appropriate. And yeah, Batfleck IS the true Batman on screen. Whatever doubts I ever had have been long since swayed.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

Well, anyone that saw Batman v. Superman knows he's coming back considering Zack Snyder practically clobbered us over the head with the idea.

Plus from a story standpoint, it's a lot more compelling to have Batman/Bruce Wayne go around and recruit everyone because he's not a metahuman. Superman is essentially a god, who would refuse him if he showed up asking you to join his super-team?

Very happy with both.

Ezra's changed my mind about him being Flash. Very happy with both trailers, slightly happier with the Justice League one, but that's because I don't particularly follow Wonder Woman.

It's just what I needed after CW's Arrow S5 trailer, felt underwhelmed by it.

I think I'm more excited for these movies than Suicide Squad. DC's picking up quality than the cinema release of BvS would let on (the DvD extended cut did a better job explaining key plot details).

I'm looking forward to all three - SS, WW, and JL. There was quite a bit of content in the WW trailer considering its only the teaser and the release is still a long way out. Harder to tell too much about JL, but then it's more random collection of footage than a proper teaser trailer since the movie's shooting now.

Wonder Woman looks ace - she was the best thing in Sups / Batman and this should be awesome. Def watching.

Oh and her theme tune its great

Looking forward to seeing how they handle the "Gods" - similar or different to Marvel.

Justice League could be good as well -- the flash].Batman was nicely done - interesting to compare with the recent Tony Stark / Spiderman bit, Wonder Womn is good again.

but please god let there be no "Loopy Lex" in either film to ruin it.

I hear you can talk to fish wasa amusing

Yeah, his line to Aquaman definitely had the dry humorous attitude batman has; he isn't trying to be funny, like somebody like Wally would be, but the viewers get amused by his lines. I fully approve of Batfleck. Much better than Darefleck of the past!

Both looked great to me. I'm still not sure what Auqaman can do besides make sandwiches for everyone.

Finally saw BvS this weekend and I enjoyed it.. heard lots of folks didn't like it, but I did. I liked Afleck's batman a lot more than Bale's. But I never really was a fan of Bale in anything really.

Well yes, Aquaman is quite powerful, but this kind of 'joke' is just standard EASY BUTTON LULZ for many who are only tangentially familiar with the character.

EDIT

Maybe from his Superfriends days?

And all the years of stand-up material that generated. I expect that both he and Flash will be given plenty of moments to shine in JL, just like WW was in BvS. Gotta set up those films.

I also read James Wan's comment that he's looking forward to putting some horror elements in the Aquaman film. Which could be interesting, actually. Big sea monsters, most of ocean unexplored, etc.

If Aquaman commands a Megalodon out of the trenches and it eats lots of people, I may send Jason Mamoa (sp?) a lot of fan mail. He'll be forced to be my new best friend.

So anyone familair with DC any idea who the girl in the mask is in the (Awesome) WW trailer?

I heard there might be Circe and Ares as well?

My only real knowledge of Aquaman comes from Big Bang so this version seems much better than expected

Does anyone know why this is set during the Great War when the comics and live action series were set in WW II?

I'm presuming they don't want to tread on Marvel's "Hydra is literally worse than Hitler" thing, but that's the only thing I can think of for a reason.

Not that more Great War stuff is a bad thing, mind.

It an interesting choice - perhaps becuase the world was still less fully explored then and hidden islands more likely?

WWI does not have the good versus evil element of WWII - its more a squable between Empires/Families.

So... What use is AqM against a foe in let's say Kansas?or Space?

Looks good both of them. Can't shake a fear of the resemblance to Cap 1 with the WW trailer though. Not that Cap 1 wasn't good, just don't want it copied.

Loving Batfleck. I must see BvS now.

Quite a lot, actually. Obviously water is his element (no pun intended), but even without his sea-based powers he's still a superhumanly strong expert fighter capable of going toe to toe with someone like Wonder Woman in armed/hand to hand combat. The trident is innately magic and depending on the version you're reading, can summon storms, shoot lightning ect. Particuarly since the New52 reboot, Aquaman has been reinvented as a right 'ard nut, something this film seems to be carrying on with.

Actually, I can't wait for his solo film, there's potential for loads of amazing set piece scenes, he has a great dynamic with his two main villains (Oceanmaster, the Loki to AM's Thor, and Black Manta, sort of an underwater Iron Man... I'm selling them both short here, but they're awesome villains) and the potential in the art direction is huge.

Cause killing a hero's loved one always ends well for the villain, right?
