You didn't miss anything, it's something I've had in mind and had the parts for, for a very long time now, just don't want to tip my hand before I'm ready. Will get to it some time later this year.

Amazing amount of work you have acomplished since you started your early vision of the Mantis Warriors. I believe I might have some early pictures somewhere of our early years of 40k games ( models and terrain ) . If I can find them I'll bring them up next time I come down there.

Ironically I won the only painting contest I've ever entered, so technically I'm 100% ( 20 years ago ). Boy how the level of skill and competition has grown. I was so thrilled just to win that I never cashed in my prize for winning ( gift cert ).

Now it's my turn to keep up with you. Again congrats.

PS.. if you need parts or such for this " big project " let me know. I seem to be buying stuff at about 10X the speed I paint.

You guys are way off. I only WISH I had a titan to paint. No, my project is much more humble... though I think ambitious in it's own way and should look pretty unique if I pull it off successfully.

I am very anxious to start it, but I have a fairly long list of things that must be done first.

- 10 assault marines & a apoth for Adepticon
- at least one GMS marine, probably two
- finish my LS Storms
- finish my MoTF (which is still at the 3/4 done stage)

Sorry guys, it's gonna be a while. I promise I will do it as soon as my que clears a bit, but I imagine it'll be several months down the line.

Nah, fun from my end to see if you guess. But just guessing what it is does not necessarily mean you'll get all the details right... and the devil is in the details after all. I believe my interpretation will be fairly unique.

Edit: Vit guessed it by PM on the first shot. Guess it wasn't much of a mystery.

Have you decided whether you're going to build the other 5 AMs, or are you gonna paint the built ones first?
