Hey y'all. How have you been?

I'm looking to try to get my friend's D&D character painted up to use in campaign she's playing in. Its her first game!

Also trying to get something built so I can finally try out some Kill Team.

Any goals y'all had in mind?

Let\s see how many of the like 300 odd LOTR models I have that I can get painted. 44 done(barring few hairs for elves that I need paint plus varnish), about 30(including mumakil) on workbench.

Spread over 4 factions to avoid burnout of same process all the time

Haha cool.

I still need to get some LOTR stuff. I love their look. Can't decide between Urakai or Elves though

Painting up a model for the Dakka Painting Challenge, what it is I have yet to decide.

Make some plans for my Armies on Parade board.

Finally I'm hoping to practise wet blending on my Eldar.

Finish a tank and some infantry. Maybe a second tank. Going to be a challenge as I have two weeks off and a large list of the "honey do" variety (which will take priority).

Cheers,

CB

Hey I started up no less than 5 factions(isengard, minas tirith, lothlorien, serpent's horde, moria goblins) at once! Why settle for 1 when you can have 5 Oh and guess now it's 6th since I got rangers as well but luckily that's just 9 models(Halbarad having 2 versions). Dunedain's ain't cheap in points!

For this month? Honestly with summer still here I generally like to be outside as much as possible. So my Hooby goals are limited....especially since it's been so humid where I live that I cant even base coat all the stuff I have prepped right now.

I guess my main goal is to build and base the 2 box sets I just bought, 5 Judicators and a Thundertusk.

I guess also finish repainting a unit of Freeguild Swordsmen.

I would like to actually put more time in and paint some stuff. Any stuff would be good as long as I get painting.

Realistically looking at 2 vauls wrath batteries, a wraith lord and finishing touches for spirit seer. If I can do those done minimum would be cool.

If I can then move onto modelling and priming another 26+ guardians, that would be awesome!

With the new Marine Codex upon us I want to continue with my Primaris Salamanders. But first I need to finish my Bolt Action US Airborne army in time for the 75th anniversary of Operation: Market Garden. So far I only need to do around 23 paratroopers and a machine gun team.

Thought for the day: Hope is the first step on the road to disappointment.
30k Ultramarines: 2000 pts
Bolt Action Germans: ~1200 pts
AOS Stormcast: Just starting.
The Empire : ~60-70 models.

I want to finish Garrek's Reavers by the end of the month. Then either work on Deathwatch or something cyberpunky.
