I need a Heavy Plasma Gun in the underhive! and not for the reasons Olthannon suggested… honest! It is rather ludicrous though, it must weigh more than he does

That's not a man holding a gun, but the other way around Great plasma glow and the current gang looks great. Hope they make it in the underhive, it's not easy being green!

Thank you Guardling.

Next gang up for painting are the Redemptionists.

Now on of those models is a Cawdor, but there are very few Novice (Juve) figures in the range (or in the group I have acquired).

Superb work on the Van Saar gang, they look ready to rumble.

The van Saar look fantastic Captain! Really great paint job, a classic 90s white dwarf for sure.

I like how you’ve gone for brooding black instead of the classic red fire brands. Can’t wait to see them all painted up

One model is a converted Cawdor so I could have some Novices. Las Pistol has been replaced with an Auto Pistol.

Ah CB they are glorious. That's such a wonderful colour scheme. Love the flames on the robes. Great shading on the flesh of that muscle bound lad with the flamer!

Awesome stuff, Cap'n. The black robes give them a much more sinister appearance.

Interesting choice with the dark scheme, Captain - question about the fire trim, though. Shouldn't the brightest colours of the flames be on the inside/bottom of the fire, as that's where it burns hottest?

Sweet flames on those gangers! I see what dysartes is saying, but heretics probably burn in heretical ways!

Been stalking this thread for a while now and thought I'd comment it. Love the nicely painted old metal miniatures and scratch built industrial terrain. You've obviously been browsing Iron hands.com almost as much as I have, Captain Brown

Dysartes wrote:Interesting choice with the dark scheme, Captain - question about the fire trim, though. Shouldn't the brightest colours of the flames be on the inside/bottom of the fire, as that's where it burns hottest?

Thanks Dysartes, done on purpose, as these are fanatics who do not study anything other than destroying those not accepted by the Imperial Cult...so getting the colors wrong on their robes is just par for the course. If you check out my Sisters of Battle painting log you will see flames the right way.

Thanks gobert, who really understands the mind of burning fanatics?
Thanks Not Online!!!, and Hotzenplotz.

I do like Iron hands.com for ideas.
