If you read through IA, you will see a stamp on every unit declaring what game it is meant for, be it 40k, or apoc, or planetfall or whatever.

40k stamped units are meant for, and valid in, 40k.

Oh, and your broadsides are illegal because they must take one item of wargear, and also stop posting broadsides vs everything, they're not as good as you think.

ok, and you forget that xv88 shoots 72" twin link s10ap1 shots. You need to mark the target, bringing you 30" to the enemy, and still you only have 1/4 to hit with a marker.
That overrange, and the 75% hit on the broadsides, 50% pen is good, so may not lose

The 2 vanquishers are 310 points and they come with heavy bolter so on top of the cannons the bolter could hurt, still hell of a point jump
