How do!
So it’s finally out. There’s not a huge amount on there at the moment, but what is there is perfectly serviceable and enjoyable.
And like all streaming services, I suspect we’re in for a period of it finding its feet. And some of that is going to be down to us as the end users. So I’m interested as to what folks might want to see.
For me?
1. Real variety in Battle Reports. Perhaps even a Necromunda campaign series or similar, where we can follow a narrative focussed campaign week by week.
2. Classic Battle Reports. Perhaps remounting of classics from yesteryear, played using the new rules (with the original added to Warhammer Vault). Bring in The Old Boys as a special treat. Imagine Jervis vs Andy Chambers. Whilst I’d love to see them playing the old editions (Grognards unite!), I think the modern rules are just more likely. I’d even be happy with old one-off battle reports (like the all tank one from 2nd Edition) being dusted off and brought into the modern day.
3. Tale of X Gamers, including them painting stuff, showing off their schemes and techniques.
4. Tournament Winner Battle Reports. We used to get this sporadically (certainly at least once during 2nd Ed) in WD. Not a live stream from the tournament, but an arranged game. Let us see the very best players in action, complete with strategy related commentaries, by a third party if needs be (not everyone is going to be comfortable on camera). If there are rules disputes, explain them, perhaps even include an Official Answer.
Basically….show off the hobby, not just the game. Whilst I’m all about narrative and cool scenarios, I still want to see the best play the best, to marvel at and learn from their tactical nous.
What about you? If you’re perhaps on the fence or not convinced about subscribing, what do you think it might take to change your mind?

I'm definitely looking forward to seeing battle reports of all the GW games. Especially Underworlds. I'm pretty happy with what it's looking to shape up to be, and I'm looking forward to seeing what the next couple of weeks bring as a way to see the direction the content will go.
I know Wayde is in Hospital, so the Loremaster stuff might be on hold for a bit, but I'm really excited to see that too.

I'd love to see GW's take on an entire campaign play through for W40K.
I'd also love to see an escalation style series of battle reports where they play Crusade armies, starting small at Combat Patrol, grow to Incursion, then Strike Force and finish it off at Onslaught level.

This. I can't remember the exact point in time but there was a similar series in the WD where they featured a couple of employees building up their own new force to be fielded in an escalation campaign. One of them picked eldar and converted a female avatar out of the Severina (or Sevora) INQ 54mm model. Another guy created his own SM Templar chapter (grey/red?) and so on ... I was all over it back then.

Oh, plenty of stuff I wish to see !
- Narrative campaigns involving multiple game systems : like Warcry games leading to AoS ones or even a "legendary battle" kind of game
- Rules in the vault to play said campaigns
- Hobby videos about converting stuff with GW kits, from big like a cathedral to small to a simple Catachan miniature from orlock kits
- More intros for narrative battle reports telling a deeper story, maybe with some custom animation ? At least some special effects and voicecast would be nice.
- Tactical / strategy reviews for factions in 40k / AoS : not simply based about what's the best minmaxed lists, but how to bring the best of your units in game, with some guests known on the Tournament scene
- Battle reports with guests (meaning not just GW employees) !
- A series about a specific game involving multiple players like a bloodbowl league, Necromunda campaign, Kill Team / Warcry missions / questline ! With all personnalized armies not from the Studio
- Interview / podcast videos about different GW themes, like game design, creation of new worlds, and so on
- Painting videos on how to paint completely from start to finish - but a bit more advance than what we have on Warhammer TV. Maybe a complete Start Collecting ! box ?
- A John Blanche game event video

I would like to see battle Reports with less top-down camera angles....
I don't mind them, but not for the whole game, as I can't see the beautiful terrain, models, or get a sense of the board from each player's perspective (line of sight, cover etc).
Otherwise the format was pretty solid and high production value.
I would like to see how some of the terrain is built. They should get James' team from Warhammer World to do some videos on how the displays are made.

This would be really cool. I'd also really love to see how they used to record battle reports for White Dwarf back in the day. I've heard they'd often play multiple games and the one with the best/most narrative outcome was the one used in the magazine. A series of battle report videos along those lines would be amazing. "Ok, so we've just played through turn 2 as you just saw. It didn't go well for Brad with his Imperial Fists, so we're going to rewind and try it again doing some different things and see what happens."
And I agree that old school classic battle reports would be fantastic, especially if they were able to bring in the old guard as special guests to play through them.

One that I’ve just thought of?
A combined Loremaster and Vault project, to create a Waaargh! The Orks and Realm of Chaos type reference for Eldar.
Why?
Well, the volumes I mentioned were, in their day, the truly definitive treatise on Orks, Chaos and The Emperor/The Imperium. They seriously fleshed their subjects out, including some fascinating details which are no longer mainstream canon (but 40K being 40K, are ultimately still canon, after a fashion).
Poor old Eldar missed out on that. And whilst we’ve had Liber Chaotica since (though like RoC, it mostly focussed on Fantasy, there was still chunks of 40K sprinkled in), still no comparable treatise on the Eldar.
You want subscribers? That’s how I reckon you get subscribers. Out do Lexicanum by introducing entirely new or at least freshly clarified lore. Go to town with it.
Start it off as a series of Loremaster articles, and finish up with a written volume. Hell, sell the written volume alongside, because Slags (not suckers, I know perfectly well what I’m doing) like me will want it for hands on, ink on parchment reading.

I'd like to see a return of the Vox/Stormcast. Obviously, Wade can't just interview every single GW employee but maybe pushing out and having talks with members of the community or even maybe some of the OG team.
Overall, the sort of thing that used to go on Warhammer TV before Covid is the kind of thing I would like to see.

I'm old school and predictable.
A live refight of Last Stand At Glazer's Creek with the original models.
I'd also be happy with some of the alternative rules from when Jervis rejigged the scenario for the Citadel Journal using Mordians.
One of the Mordian characters had variable stats based on whatever sport he'd recent;y been engaged in. I think that was stolen from the Dogs of War General Lorenzo Lupo.

I'll echo what a few other posters have said in that campaigns would be really cool. Playing unique scenarios would be good, too, and maybe some tips and guidance for how to do both, as well. I think I could very easily tempted by digitized versions of old rulesets - rouge trader, mordheim etc. It'd be really cool if once in a while they played one of them, just for fun. Interviews with the Warhammer World guys on making terrain would be fantastic, especially if the guide wasn't just "buy 6 terrain kits", and actually had more advanced stuff in it. Likewise, some of the more experienced modellers/sculptors doing tutorials on stuff like sculpting, greenstuff, kitbashing and re-posing would be ace. Old catalogues would be neat, as would be some kind of library of old (and current!) minis. I'd love to see more studio armies, and armies used by the various members of the warhammer team, like real in-depth stuff about planning an army, converting, painting, maybe a few anecdotes from past battles. I think this would be a great time for them to stop all the smoke and mirrors with the design process, too, and give fans a chance to look at some of the design process, and how a miniature goes from a sketch to plastic, and maybe offer real previews of what is coming next. Maybe a few deep dives into certain historic mini designs, what the designers were thinking, and maybe a few looks at how they build up the rules for a miniature after it's been designed. Looking at unreleased prototypes or stuff like that could be really fun, also. Lastly, honestly, as a bit of an animation nerd... I've heard stuff that doesn't fill me with confidence. Something that would really REALLY lure me in would be if there was some actual good animation. Hearing about janky framerates and poor lip-syncing is very offputting. Animation doesn't need to be ghibli to be good - a great example of this is alphabusa's stuff. He was just wiggling images around, and then making them hop across screen, something you can do in powerpoint. But It's done effectively. You can tell who's talking, and how they're feeling. It's real shoestring-budget stuff, but, like, it worked. Bad lip-syncing comes off as rushed, and it can be really immersion-shattering. The colour pallet with the Blood Angels thing comes across as far too gimmicky for such an early venture into the medium, and with a nascent platform for GW. I'd love to see them really fly with the setting in animation, there have been enough excellent cutscenes in GW games, for example, and God knows there are enough desperate animators looking for a break out there. Unfortunately in that case it's really an issue of time and money, and nothing kills an animation faster than a lack of the two of those, which sadly is also something very frustrating to sit through from a fan's perspective.

An in-depth insight into their codex design process. Every time they release a codex, they could also release a video summarizing the last few years of the army, the evaluation of the previous book and updates after the last few years, and the reasoning behind the new changes and the army direction.
Also, a general update to go with Chapter Approved, with a general assessment of each faction's current state.
There's nothing else I would want to see more than this. It's by far the most frequently discussed part of the entire IP.
I am also sure GW will never do it.

I'm trying to think of what could draw me in and I think it comes down to passion. I want to see people doing crazy hobby projects of any sort, as long as they are following what they are passionate about and not being dictated or having their parameters set for them by corporate. Examples might be custom scenarios and campaigns, and especially custom terrain and armies that are not limited to only using GW kits and books. I'd like to see the creative process and feed off of the excitement and passion of a hobbyist who achieves impressive things.
Really, I don't particularly mind what aspect of the hobby is being shown as long as it is shown with creativity, freedom and passion. I'm not expecting that from this service though because it's too much of a risk. But if I'd be pretty happy to be wrong about that.
They could also try doing a PDF magazine that is of good quality and isn't just a collection of advertisements that have gone through a corporate filter.

A decent value proposition. Right now, there's no value at all.
Put it this way;
Amazon prime is $6.99 AUD / month
I get prime video, I get prime music, I get free shipping, I get prime gaming. Which service is core and which is just gratis? It doesn't matter.
Warhammer plus is $9.99 AUD / month.
What do I get....lol a "free" mini for a years sub?

In all likelihood, there are people out there who would accuse you of already being bent over simply by subscribing to Amazon. I would argue that nothing from Amazon is 'gratis'. Everything will have been costed even the 'free' postage for non-Prime customers.
Amazon Prime and Warhammer+ are completely different services.
By your arguments, no-one should be subbing to Disney or Netflix because those services don't give you free shipping, music or games.
Quick search, Amazon turnover $221 billion dollars. GW turnover £353million. Even converting the GW figure to US$ doesn't make them even up.
Amazon have a bit more money to put into their business and services especially as they appear to have over 117 million worldwide Prime subscribers.
How much programming is available on Disney, Netflix and Amazon if you include ONLY the shows they have directly funded in house for their service compared to all they offer through buying from other companies or, in the case of Disney, legacy film and TV that they own?
For Amazon, that appears to be 314 hours worth in 2019. They invest something like $7 billion in their streaming service. I bet GW wish they had a budget to produce a LOTR TV show!
To my mind Warhammer+ cannot be compared to Amazon et al fairly.
Is it worth the money compared to what is already available via Youtube and so on? That's in the eye of the beholder. Some will love the content.
I'll likely give it a try in December which is the first time I'll be able to regularly stream anything. Whether or not that'll be enough to persuade me to go for an annual pass is up to GW.

Week two thoughts.
They need to get the app on people’s tellies.
One of mine (the one in my office/gaming room) can show stuff from my iPad, and it makes such a difference. Angels of Death on a big old UHD screen is astounding. Likewise, the battle reports felt more immersive on that screen.
Not everyone has the equipment to cast, but will still have a smart TV. So they need to get on that (or get it out soon assuming they’re already working on it)
Now. The content.
Really enjoyed the battle report. Lots of genuine enthusiasm, and again solid production values.
Angels of Death continues to impress, barring the lip sync. It’s a shame, because the fully armoured Astartes are marvellously expressive in terms of body language. Also satisfactory levels of violence for the setting.

Righteo, no need to actually compare what could be had by less currency, oh no, let's just look at what they released
On launch day the service doesn't even have an AOS animation.
There's currently a whopping two, stand back lads...TWO series. What a joke.

The big thing GW could do to differentiate themselves from other streaming services and other YT channels doing batreps and painting is provide more access to the developers, sculptors, painters etc. Show us the creative process in depth. That's content nobody else can produce and would be something I might be interested in (though I suspect their game design methods probably aren't that interesting sadly). Beyond that, they can do long-form campaigns without the traditional problem of players losing interest halfway through. They can replay old battle reports, maybe using the original models, maybe using updated ones. Even a compare/contrast report refighting the 2nd edition tank battle in 9th edition alongside rerunning it using 2nd edition rules would be good.
A good preview would also be appreciated. Right now I'm not really sure what I'm getting if I subscribe. Yes, I can read what's on offer, but I can't really experience much of it at the moment. That's fine for, say, Amazon Prime or Netflix because what you're getting is loads of shows, but with limited content the exact nature of that content is important when determining value.
