Hollywood takes another 80's television series and reworks it so that it has almost nothing in common with the original, hoping it will be it's latest blockbuster...

My god, what in the heck was wrong with the concept of a Stuntman that does bounty hunting as a side gig? Could no one come up with a single storyline about that?
I know CHIPS strayed a bit, but at least that was damned funny.,

Well, personally (and appropriately for this movie), when I notice him at all, I generally think he's someone else. I can't actually mentally attach him to any role or character he might have done before.
This film... just looks bad. I don't get the premise or the 'relationship.' I'd rather go full nostalgia and watch the original show.

The movie they’re making has some serious Battlefield Earth vibes. Maybe even Gentlemen Broncos vibes. I would rather watch a film about the stunt men (and effects guys, and studio execs) making that big budget turd than this $200 million F/X clone for stuntmen.
Emily Blunt. I feel like her acting career peaked with Edge of Tomorrow and A Quiet Place. Everything since has been a slow downward spiral. I really thought Jungle Cruise would be fairly good. To bad it was "I'll wait till it's free on TV and happen to have free time" levels of watchability.
