I don’t know what CEX is, but when I went to figure out what it might be, I get a “Oh Crumbs, we couldn’t find what you are looking for”

"Sometimes the only victory possible is to keep your opponent from winning." - The Emperor, from The Outcast Dead.
"Tell your gods we are coming for them, and that their realms will burn as ours did." -Thostos Bladestorm
Shame they won't take stuff unless they're basically untouched and still in the box, I've got a half-built set of Night Lords I wouldn't have minded trading in.
It was available as a normal release, it was there when I checked near the start of the year.
Considering things like the Imperial Guard advisors were also just suddenly gone, I get the impression they just no longer bother saying something is being discontinued.

Cash Exchange, a UK shop for second hand video games in the UK. I didn't know they had an online store, but it figures. When I looked, it gave a price for selling to them, and a different button for buying off them. Still seems kinda expensive to me, but I'm very out of touch with GW's own prices these days.
It’s one of those ‘sell us your video games you don’t want for an insultingly low price and we’ll flip it for a tidy profit’ stores that has been successful enough to branch into dvds, electronics, collectibles and now Warhammer. Frankly I’m surprised it’s taken them this long.

There is a Last Chance to Buy section of the webstore, but like everything else on the new site, it's a pain to find.
Excellent! Possible downside of getting hold of some minis in a box that stinks of smoke or piss, but always the slight chance you might find a small bag of class-A drugs nestled in amongst the miniatures

Computer Exchange. Although they changed it many years ago now to Complete Entertainment Exchange.

Understandable. The amount of specialised knowledge and judgement required would be a massive training overhead.

That's exactly what its called/pronounced as, it's in their own adverts:
