The Trukk Sprue is full-sized, not a half sprue. Nowadays everything is weighed, but this box has an extra Loota half sprue, so that was probably how it happened. Automatically Appended Next Post: btw..WWE RAW is live tonight from Fort Wayne!

I really like the colours of the jets, lovely oranges and reds with paint chips and corrosion - is that done with sponged charodonite grey with painted chainmail chips? It looks really good.
BUT, when are you getting back to Necromunda scenery? Orks are all very well but it's all about the underhive.

Yeah..I was looking at the Munda towers earlier today....soon I guess. I'm just blogging whatever I am working on. I have no rhyme or reason other than whaerever the mood takes me.

I totally understand the 'where ever the mood takes me' approach to modelling, I got sick of gloomy underhive and made a tropical resort after all.
How did you find airbrushing shades? It looks like a good result.

Also I think Orks in the underhive is really broken, any gang with T4 has too much of an advantage, the whole game is based around T3.

They would have to be really points heavy to compensate.. Late game T4 is not a huge deal. but early on...

Nope, my progress is faster; at least at the moment anyway.
Too bad none of them seem to have gretchin hanging off of them. Seemed like the Orks would zoom around with a few hanging off the wings and such throwing tools or otherwise mocking enemies.
I'm not attempting to put any ideas in you head for it. >_> <_< >_>

@ Not_U- grots can always be added later, currently I am building my collection of 40k and Fantasy grot/gretchin miniatures for silly uses later.

@Klaus- My update speed isn't the issue, it's the random unrelated banter that makes it hard to follow. I don't know why nids are always being talked about here, I have none of them, and really have no interest in them, however I have incubated a free and creative environment here, so when people are being creative they talk about things

I don't see any problem with finecast at all, when they redo the old metals in finecast, the price is lower than the old metals. People just need to accept change IMHO.

Had to delve back a bit to actually find the plane, but amazing job! The subtle flames really sell the paintjob, and I really like the silhouette you gave it. Zinge's landing gear is look ace too. Kudos all round! You get some extra servitor chow today

Not always true. IG Creed and Kell, when converted, went into separate blisters, and you pay $10 more for the two of them now.

I NEVER pay retail price, so my Finecast Creed and Kell were a lot less....The detail is a lot finer on those two in Finecast though, you have to admit.
