Thanks folks!

We are starting up a campaign - with a tale of four gamers type of approach mixing with the two old veterans stories of white dwarf. I will be expanding this army, as I really want a force that can properly do Apocalypse, Planetstrike and the lot.

So a proper new thread to come, with proper new pics of everything thus far and the plans for new stuff. And I will be re-tweaking the older style bases to match the new.

Here's a shot of the first new addition:

Where'd ya order the Mig pigments from btw? Any good shop you'd recommend? Been looking at mig pigments myself with some intrest. Stuff looks good, lets see some paint on 'em.

Cheers

I ordered straight from the MIG productions site/shop!

2mm.

With this project it goes into two thighs and calves and between the chest plates. I also add gs between the torso and leg part, and hide this with a new belt.

These are WAY less biggerised and more manageable than the full treatment of the Alpha Legion, were I've started from the Terminator kit!

I will take step by step pics of the build up when I do new white guys.

These are fantastic Marines! I don't know what it is. Is it the paintjob or the simple dynamic conversions in the Marines, but I just love them.

Win/Draw/Lost statics
Space Orks: 11/1/1
Space Marines: 10/2/5
Lizardmen: 8/2/3
High Elves: 13/2/2 and one tournament victory!
Dark Eldar: 1/0/0

Any chance you could step-by-step pictures if you make any more scouts? They're probably the coolest scouts I've seen in a long time.

I was also wondering if you have a step-by-step guide to making the Alpha Legion, as I'd be interested in seeing how complicated the process behind them is.

Hey man amazing work!

I hate to be a pain but is there anyway you could do like a step by step tutorial of how you make your marines? For instance what size plasticard do you use? and do you use a dremel to spooth it out?

That army is awesome and it has got a wonderfull paintjob!

The real threat to the imperium is not:

it is :
92% of teens have moved on to rap. If you are one of the 8% who still listen to real music, copy and paste this into your sig.
95% of teens would go into a panic attack if the jonas brothers were about to jump off the empire state building copy and paste this if you are the 5% who would pull up a lawn chair grab some popcorn and yell JUMP BITCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GENERATION 6: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment.

WOW, those are good minis, I love the Scouts, although they look to much like veteran badasses instead of rookie badasses. Other than that little comeuppance, everything looks great. I am thinking about true-scaling my guys, but am torn between your design, which were I am will be much cheaper and still look good, or that of Apologist, which seems to make them even more imposing, but will cost me more. Heh, I think I'll test them both.
