Mine Arrived today (upstate NY)!

everything I ordered was in the box, Fedex only damaged one blister, but I think I recovered all the parts...

one of my Battle force has warped sprues =( (I have a missile launcher shaped like a "U" now...) but obviously its GWs fault not Gorilla Tactics.

I am already putting together another order.

All of my stuff did in fact arrive today, neatly packed, no damage at all.

Everything was exactly as I'd expected.

Awesome, awesome deal, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again!

Well I am glad stuffed shipped held up, I probably helped to pack some of it. I was bored one day and helped put together orders at the store.

So everyone has gotten everything okay? I haven't received my purchases yet, but I've ordered from GTU a bunch of times and know that they are just waiting for some Direct Orders.

If you have any bad stories, please let Michael or anyone else at GorillaTactics know. I know they will do their best to make sure you are satisfied. No need to bad-mouth them for an honest mistake, they will fix it.

I received my order on Thursday: well packed and in great condition. The prices are good, and the folks there responded quickly to email inquiries. That said, I have a few, not criticisms exactly, more like comments on things I think could be improved on.

- I would have liked a little more communication; after placing my order on the 28th (and paying almost immediately after), I didn't hear from anyone until a response to an email (telling me my order was waiting for a restock). My order ultimately shipped about 10 days after ordering, not unreasonable all things considered, but all the communication was initiated by me.

- Is there a plan for a more "online-store" aspect to be developed? The website is very bares bones, so to speak, and missing things like order numbers and an automated way to check order status.

Like I said, overall my experience was quite good, and I'd certainly buy from them again, just a few things marred the otherwise very nice experience.

Got my stuff in yesterday. Everything was intact and packaged very securely. Gorilla Tactics has definitely won my patronage from now on. While they only communicate when they are written to, their response time in impeccable. Will be placing a new order right quick. I'll let you all know how my Ork advanced order items come in, which were also ordered on Black Friday.

The online store was never planned to happen under the name GORILLA TACTICS. We are applying for 5013c status to become non-profit and do charity work.

however I was just informed of some NEW NEWS this week and now and we actually are leaning toward a store, it will most likly be limited in the "click & buy" option with some things needing to be phone ordered

I am one of the last few who's ordered product was the viticm of a fork lift blade impalement, so my 7.6 pound package of goodies is due to arrive before the end of the year.

The Gorilla Tactis lads really kept on top of things and kept me informed of what is going on.

Nothing bad, just delayed. I purposely requested that it be delayed until everything had arrived undamaged from GW to Gorilla Tactics. You see, I only want to have to keep an eye out for a single package delivery(KISS principle and all ). I already have a tracking number and "in transit" information from FedEx.

It took me a while to hunt down this thread, but I wanted to make a point of replying to it.

Everything arrived on the 30th just fine, so I give Gorilla Tactics a for their efforts. Funny enough, my order arrrived in a cardboard box stamped with "Wizard's Tower" on it- a piece of terrain that I myself made the original for. That got a laugh out of me.

Did any of you who pre ordered the 2nd wave of Orks get a tracking number, or even get your shipment yet?

No, but then if you ordered the stuff that was coming out n the 17th (gretchin and something else I can't rememeber right now!), well, it isn't the 17th yet.

(That's what I'm waiting for!)

My "Black Friday" order arrived with no problems, and I've recently placed a large 40K Ork and Infinity order too.

Actually spoke over the phone with them too...

No complaints, and actually, many recommendation so far!

As promised, I'm letting you all know that my advanced order Ork stuff arrived today that I purchased during the Black Friday sale. My $30 Battlewagon and $15 Ork Nobs came in fine condition. In retrospect, I should have ordered a hella lot more, but I know GT has more than won my patronage.
