It is the right of all organisms to spread. We assimilate the natural world when we eat and then use that food to provide energy to have more of us, feed our offspring and so on. To me the Dark Eldar are more evil because they inflict suffering and pain without reason and because they still have that eldar mindset that created the chaos gods. The followers of chaos are like drug addicts, they're sick and do evil things because they're sick, not because they're evil.
Tau, they're bringing what they think is a better way of living to the galaxy, the fact that they seem to be the major beneficiaries of this generosity I'm sure is just coincidence. I suppose if anything they are more like old human empires like the Roman and British empires.

This is wrong. They torture and such because they need their souls in such a state as to Satify Slaanesh and stop Him from eating their Souls. If they don't take slaves and tourture them etc, they lose that and She will nom them up faster than Nid's eat a planet.

They are evil in the way I would say (don't hit me) Nazi Germany was. The vast majority of Tau Believe what they believe because they have been saturated with propaganda from Day One. They commit atrocities in the name of the "Greater Good" because the Ethereal's Tell them too, who know that it's all a bunch of rubbish and have to resort to clandestine methods to subdue unruly races (See the Vespid Conspiracy for example)

C'Tan are pretty darned evil. Genocidal maniacs who don't realise that exterminating all life means they will starve because there is no way to restore it?

Anyway, the Necrons can't possibly win. All the races of the universe will combine their game-breaking cheese units; Nob Bikers, Lash DPs, and Psychic Choirs will destroy them, because they have new codecies and don't afraid of anything.
