Prince Lilac's lightning claws with rose knuckles-

Veritechc, the trading squads sounds interesting. I don't really have the funds to pick up a unit to send right now though, with Christmas and all.

First off, I love the two new models. You have the hair down perfect!

Second, PM me. I'll send you some termies first, on me and I'll make up some Angry Marines for you. What squad would you like me to create?

Yeah, unfortunately they came too late for me to throw some Thunderhammer and Storm Shields in to take some lascannon hits for the squad. The Cyclone and Apothecary change will be interesting though.

They worked out exactly as expected at Bolter Beach, exactly zero victories! Had a great time though, and the army took best painted. Though I personally thought one of the Tau or one of the Ork armies should have had that, one took players choice and the other best sportsmanship, so all is good.

And it motivated me enough to sell off my Dark Eldar to help expand them and turn them into a workable force, so expect more stuff to pop up in the future. Likely some fancy Thunderhammer and Stormshield action, a Chaplain, and maybe even another dread and Land Raiders. But first I'm moving my Daemon army from the back-burner to the forefront. I'll decide which to bring to the next Bolter Beach when it gets closer to time.

They might even make the jump to another codex, expanding into a second Pretty Marine army for me.

Your pretty marines have inspired me to get back to painting the Misfits (which i'll be starting a blog on) The Misfits are quite friendly with the angry marines thereby laugh at every opportunity at the pretty marines.

Very funny army, love the roses and the names you've given them.
