Do not believe the lies of the Daemon; for the Daemon is fickle and only seeks to work for the Ruinous Powers. To listen to the Daemon is a heresy in itself. Heresies which are an affront to our God-Emperor. Put your faith in the God Emperor and his Imperium and work hard in His name; so that we may stand against the wretched tide of filth and evil that threatens our very existance.

It may take a day, a year, or forever; but eventually the Ordo Malleus will defeat Chaos. When that happens; we; Ordo Hereticus will have expunged every filthy degenerate heretic and will execute him in the name of the Glorious God-Emperors will. The Emperor Protects. ALWAYS. Have faith.

Also why would you want to be a Daemon? Do you really want to look like that for the rest of your life?

you do realise daemon are basically immortal, when you kill them they simply return too the warp and get reborn again (if there gods wants too let them return).

How do you kill Nurgle deamons? they always seem to have some huge gaping grievous wound already that would overkill anyone else.

1) My fellow traitors would like me... I think... maybe... if I killed lots of daemons...

2) People have wnated stranger things...
Your fellow traitors would loathe you the more powerful you became and would most likely attempt to betray you to get closer to daemonhood rather than help you.

I honestly can't think of anything that might be weirder than wanting to look like that.

Alright then, crush my dreams.

I can think of many stranger things.
I apologize. I don't mean to crush dreams. Merely put them into perspective.

I'm glad I can't.

Yeah I know that, but immortality isn't all that great in my opinion. I view it as a curse not a blessing.

You have to wonder how much the inquisition actually helps if you subtract all the megalomaniac flying rodent gak insane inquisitors from the ones that actually mean well.

BTW if anyone asks I never said this. *runs away*

out against fate, the weak bow
their heads and succumb. There

many are their temptations.
Despise the weak for they flock to

scorn their cries of innocence - it

Wisest words I've ever heard. Suffer not the heretic to live. Glory to the God-Emperor and His Inquisition!

It's the insane ones that help the most!

That's the funny thing, the Radical's Handbook ostensibly portrays certain factions, particularly the Xanthites and Istvaanians, as sort of gray villains. Except when it goes into detail about their beliefs, and the projects they've enacted, their beliefs are revealed as right. An Inquisitor can use heretical knowledge and devices safely, and strife (on a small scale) does produce stronger, more competent fighters for the Imperium.

I'd be a heretic.

I rather die living a life, rather than being a slave to the Emperor.

Besides if I become a Daemon Prince I can go have fun waging war for all eternity.

something I do want to note is that the odds of becoming a daemon prince are probably less than becoming the next Alexander the Great, just saying

I could never be a heretic... because the Emperor IS the one true master of mankind, and is holding back the warp from destroying the universe, so all the other races should worship him as well:
BUT THEY ARE NOT WORTHY!!!!

Of course! I'd rather live with mutations and being ANGRY ALL THE TIME, rather than be sacrificed to some old dead corpse just to keep him 'alive'.

Games Workshop - Just because a dog is in the doghouse doesn't mean you don't care for them anymore. But when they crap on the floor over and over again, you need to make it clear that their behaviour won't be tolerated.

Though they seem to have secret agendas, the life style isn't that bad. Join the earth caste and stay away from the fighting, or maybe the air caste.

I'm pretty sure even consorting with alien races is considered heretical, let alone joining them.

If I had the choice I would turn heretic and join the Greater Good. I doubt the Ethereal Caste would let a person chose what caste they became apart of, but they would likely put you in a place where you aid the Greater Good the most.

Never!

My take on the Chaos gods
Khorne: some insecure tough guy who likes to try to make himself look all buff by wearing a million different skulls; same goes for his followers

Nurgle: Terminally ill Tim Burton's take on Jabba the Hutt with a million different STD's; whats the point of feeling no pain if a las cannon blew off your legs and you are unable to walk? A dreadnought(metal bawks) perhaps?

Slaneesh: Some Horny Hedonist that is the noob of the chaos gods and ripped open a hole in the fabric of space by being born

Tzeentch: some donkey-cave who can't make up his mind on anything

Yep, thats the general idea

All I have to say is that slaneesh, apart from being a noob cant make up his mind on anything either, mainly his/her/it's gender.
