Just wondering, but can the Imperial Guard boot be considered a weapon?

Evicerator hello a 2handed chainsword!!! It's considered powerfist with an extra d6 armor pen! So it's a 6ft chainswOrd that cuts tanks in half!!!
As for ranged prob a lascannon or an impaler cannon !! I'll take shooting through walls with giant spikes best part is the lascannon is battery powered and the impaler creates it's own ammo¡!

Most probably they'll end up costing less since they need a fraction of the mass and no form of propulsion (IE: black powder)
Well I'm not that big of a fan of a lasgun, but there's not much else a human could handle by himself... That said... Probably some kind of power weapon, more for being showy than anything else...

I would be happy with a standard las gun and carapace armour with a chainsword/monolecular blade.
The ability to have infinte ammo, and a blade which can slice through bricks? Much fun to be had there!

Pistol: Pulse Pistol
Rifle: Railrifle or pulse rifle.
CC: Powerfist (who doesn't want to punch a tank and win?)
Vehicle: Railgun (if anyone read Savage Scars, you'll remember that when it hit stone, waves passed through it. Liquifying stone=winning)
Dread weapon: Dreadnought power fist (because FETH YOU)
Titan Weapon: plasma annihilator (who doesn't want to level a city in four shots?)
Starship weapon: Starship Railgun-railgunx1000
If i could create a weapon: force-rail-fist-gun. A railgun that fires force fists. Either that or a tank catapult. It would catapult Leman Russ' at the enemy. Scary as gak.

Only because fluff writers don't know what a railgun is. There is no recoil to a 'railgun', there is no chemical propellant. It's all done with magnets. The magnets align and super propel a slug down a barrel. With no propellant, there are no escaping gases, and thus no recoil.
A railgun, if you could hold it, could be fired as fast as a mini gun and have no deviation outside what your natural breathing caused. They aren't .50 cal sniper rifles that shove you back 2 feet. Heck, you could fire them on the run with no problems (although by 40k, most guns should have a gas-blow back system like the M-16, which means basically no recoil, so...)

The image of a minigun-firing railgun made my day
However, for that kind of electromagnetic energy, coming from such a compact vehicle, it makes sense that it only fires once. Maybe if they had a Superheavy tank with a single railgun, they could get away with making it heavy 2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 and on and on except that it would break their game
