For sure I know what it can be like.
A few years ago we got hit by a hurricane up here and lost power and a section of shingles. That was messy.
But we still got off pretty light compared to some.
A few years.... 11 now... Great I'm feeling old...

I wouldn't mind so much, except the uk weathers usually mild... in summer its hot but never usually humid, this year its totally gak... we had a warm winter and a stupidly clammy summer so far... it best ruddy snow come winter...
