Yeh they just started coming, then didn't stop.

I did get my fair share of 80-90+, though mostly because some courses had a fun pass mark of 80-85%...

Now looking at college being a pain, I need to see what that last B- did for re-raising my average.

I used to be a slacker in school like you guys..until I had to pay for College myself.....I graduated with my BS with a GPA of 3.7 Honors.

Test actually went okay, and I'd like to support Not_U's "lazy student" method by saying I'm getting high B's in physics and english and at least C's in just about everything else without studying at all

Those walls are awesome Vik! Question about the scale though, they seem a bit large in the pics (like cinder blocks instead of bricks). Is it a "photo" thing or are they that large?

lol... you lazy students... and dave... credit for you... i still have a big amount of payback to see through for my own studying... unfortunatly it served me nothing... all these wasted years... and money for naught... now my new future profession all makes this totally wasted time and effort... well you live you learn...hopefully...

by the way... the bricks skalk... they are a size of 1cm to 0.5 cm i deemed them in scale (well for a given value of in sclae mind you ) maybe they should have been smaller even but i couldn´t really bear with even more of these... and remember there will be lots of them even more... only today i told my wife... i could have gone the easy road with a more spacehulk look... just metal clad walls all over... add the odd cable and rivet and i would have been set... nooooo... i had to go all bricks... yeah... silly me^^

and well yesterday i promised some shots how these should be aranged and how i think the gaming table should look like...

i think shortly i should do some sewer canal additions... any ideas as to how i should tackle this are most welcome...after all this show is been followeed by a bunch of very talented terrain makers already...looking at you dave and skalk...

well all the bricks you can see... on those walls...only at the underside anre none... are carved... first a pattern done with knife... then indented with pencil to have grooves... i don´t even want to know how many i already did...and how more i have to do...argh...^^

and childe... hmmm posters... victorian posters...hmmm... indeed... i have to take a look ...*shuffels to google...*

Now to give 'em a black wash to look sooted and grimed

Easy enough to make dude, I could always make some especially for you the size of my banners (the small ones, which are 200x120) and fill them with Victoriana/Imperial references

well i did a quick search even now and came up with these... how do you feel with them? good enough?

and shaso... i thought about adding a badab black wash... but i want to keep them clean for now...

Those posters are ace, but my advice is avoid anything that says Victorian or Steampunk in it, as in both those settings they arent words which are used, they are hindsight words

Also Vik, If your going to age those walls I advise using weathering powders mixed in white spirit/turps and flicked at them with a toothbrush head, making the mixtures in different concentrations and layering them up. that way when the white spirit/turps evaporates it leaves the powder looking like real dirt... although if you've made those walls from polystyrene, you may want to seal it first with a matt spray varnish, otherwise the spirits may "eat" at them lols... and I'd hate to see your work destroyed because of me lols

well for now i will keep the walls as is... and waethering powders are currently not in my possessions... i will add some pipes and such things tho... soonish on the following wallsections tho... these here are finished... and yes childe... the words should be avoided... but the steampunk bible i think is more a tribute of sort^^

Also, check out FW's Zone Mortalis rules for use with your walls! It makes for an interesting game

very nice attention to detail! If I were you I'd have been reduced to painting the walls with my own blood in an attempt to do some work and still kill myself through boredom

I'm not sure about the colour in the first two pictures... is it just lighting? it seems a tad pink... in any case, the colour on the third, fourth and sixth pictures is bang on ^^
