Thats a pretty big assumption to jump to. If its an undead Arachnarok then *Death* are getting something good. There are any number of other possibilities for what an apaprent Arachnarok skull might be that don't involve Spiderfang Grots.

It probably is Warcry terrain IMHO. A dead Arachnarok to emphasize how deadly the trees are.

A warlords hut made out of the corpse of an arachnarok, with hides stretched between the legs to make walls would be pretty cool.

A) Biological. If you look at the base of each 'wing', there's a connection to the body of whatever this is.
B) Not a garment/being worn.

Might be a critter for a base or something.

This is more wishlisting than a guess, but maybe Rough Riders in Winged Hussars style?

I immediately thought moth/fairy wings for something Sylvaneth.

In my opinion, it looks more like a stylish fish-fin helmet for Idoneth.

If it was a bunch of feathers they would all be upside down with the slender "knife edge" towards the base and the "quill" part outwards (if that makes sense)
