I think my most impressive conversion so far is this 'T'au Area Denial Node', this was before GW came out with the T'au mobile bunker terrains:

I made a DIY bunker to go with it, I think it will be swapped with a 3rd party 3D print bunker at some point.

Based off an old striking scorpion picture in the 2nd edition Eldar book (or possible 3rd edition) An old one but one I like, I've got a good number of converted and kitbashed Skaven too if people are interested

I decided that I needed to put together a little rescue team, based on the characters from Predator... I have a Squat army so they needed to be shorter than the average man... I got a bunch of the old, 1980's, plastic Space Dwarf bodies and added a bit of putty and a few bits and came up with these... I am happy with the way they turned out

Well done everyone, keep up the good work.

In keeping with the majority of my recent work, another subtle conversion in the shape of a re-pose.

This required cutting off both feet to position them flat and then chopping and reattaching the knee and hip of the right leg.

He's one of this triplet, but the other two were left stock as I quite liked the poses as-is (rarely for a GW pose).
