Windor Newton brushes. Seriously. With the amount of dryrbushing you do, you really really need them.

LOL... i think that explanation is as good as the next one...

The Tau in the Piranha still sitting there cracked me up. I guess their seat belts are VERY strong.

Winsor and Newton Series 7 are the way to go. Be sure to get regular series 7 and not the series 7 Miniature version. I keep trying various brushes, but I find myself always going back to the Series 7s.

Thanks guys. I really tried to tell a story with these; I ended up switching the 2 guys with detonantors, whilst the crouching guy is actually missing a foot and there's a little trail of cyan blood around the back.

Cheers for all the brush-tips. I shall investigate.

Nice idea for the gun emplacement, I'm thinking at mine as well atm...

i think the main thing is to know what size of a gunemplacement you want... orbital? artillery? or just a mere MG nest?

Nice to see some sisters! I'm playing with an exorcist(? the organ one) right now for a razorback conversion.

Tau? Hadn't thought of it like that. I am liking my colours though. My thoughts were deldar, slaanesh, nid or stealer.

and yeah, maxmini's stuff is awesome. Not sold on space rats or lizards Tbh. Mind you whatever I do will inevitably lead to an amount of piteous whining.

Something to think about along that line would be the anti-aircraft giant beetles from starship troopers... just the rear end, doesn't have to be the whole beetle.

fun fact... there are some awesome looking nid terrain pieces out there... i even saw a defensive line out there for nids... not that they would use this...

Not that they can use it.. there are rules in place to prevent nids from using it.

Can't wait for more sob. You may want to check the local scrapbook supply store. When I was at hobby lobby they had a fluer des lyes paper punch you could use to decal the sides of vehicles .

For a Butt gun you would have to make the whole rest of the beast to go with it...

A Boob gun would only need to be a blob in the rough shape of the SW one and wouldn't necessarily need a head or legs and things... and there's temptation to make a pair...
