Trek is licensed by WizKids from FFG. Basically the same game. The major difference is Trek has ostensibly more variety in terms of factions. Scale is a bit off (I'll be making some jem'hadar attack ships out of scarabs), romulans are a bit weak but other factions pretty balanced except for Borg who, sadly, are ridiculous.

Tholian web is a scenario tournament. As is often the way with WizKids, their prize support is a bit crazy and there's a lot of creep.

BUT the game play is excellent. It's a capital ship maneuver game followed by brutal combat. Wars, as a fighter level game, more about maneuver and formations - precision strikes against light targets.

if you saw one here you would sooo care! Almost everything is bigger in Americia. Tornados, Debt, Food servings, Git's blog....ect.

That was the only thing I disliked about London was the rain,, oh and all the bloody tourists! Ok two things! Best Fish & Chips I ever had and the drunk Italian girl who kept falling down were some of the highlights. ( Many Many others as well. Loads of touristy stuff to do! )

Cause it's such a big place you have to drive, Other wise you have to camp on the way to to store and camp on the way back.

You gotta have more land so you can build things your neighbor's hate to look at everyday of their lives, or will take you along time to do with loud power equipment; so you have to start real early in the morning or way into the wee hrs of the night!

You have to have space for you boat, truck, snowmobiles, ATV's Jet skies, tractor, riding lawnmower, Classic muscle car, motorcycles ( both off road and on ). You know the essentials!

Would actually love to live in the UK, at least for part of my life. Don't think that's very likely... but still. I think I'd enjoy it immensely.

Aw thanks you lot. It's actually this coming Tuesday but because Tuesdays are gaming night my usual crowd celebrated it with me Tuesday just there.
The fact that I have another job interview the same day only adds to the masochistic fun (I clearly have a deldar streak )

The peg goes into a completely blue section, which is supposed to be the navigational deflector, so I tidied that up a bit:

Well the tanks look amazing.

Trek stuff looks great, love the look of the models.

George Lucas was pleased that after many years, he got to be part of Star Trek, His special effects groups worked on ST: TNG, ST: DS9, ST: Voyager and Enterprise.Plus the movies up until they got the trek reboot with JJ Abrams
Maybe even then they got a slice of that pie too
