and now i have to talk about something serious... it isn´t often that we get to see how a mind can dwindle away.... and i got the prove... i today went to the customs office and got me the package that dave sent me due to the first terrain building competition... and no sane mortal man could send me this much of so much.... to use the term amount... would be an understatement... to say i was full of joy whilst unpacking the contens... would be cutting it way too short...
the following pictures are the living proof that the man dave is finally loosing the last strands of his sanity.... but see for yourself...:

seee???? i inherited the fist airbrush of dave... and we all saw how much this spurred on his works...i am literally speachless about that item... currently i am without a compressor.... but plans are afoot to cope with that...
i already own some I- core stuff already and the metal ones i think are very cool... i think son these will be for my own catachan force then...the sprues will be then for my sons army... with these shields they will be a fitting addition for his police force...
i gotta ask where from are these white sprues ? the street light and the sign post... totally awesome details for a cool terrain piece.... gosh i do have to make lists now to cope with that overflowing possibilities for projects...
has anyone any idea what a treasure these lanterns of GW free standing and hanging...the later in two different options are??? i feel not gifted .... i feel like i got totally iced over like a cake!!!!

THEN! when i finally got out all that shown above contens of that package... and thought christmas was finally over... i looked into the cardboardbox (which was totaly efficiently packed to the fullest i assure you) and discovered that this man... this man that seems to be only able to give with both hands stretched out and giving aplpenty... included the following hidden suply drop....sheats and sheats of plasticcard and even granny grating too boot... i was even then to a point of hysterics already...and i think he did that on purpose to send me even further down that line of sanity that i crossed due to chear mass of....well everything^^

and i bet that felix will be quite amazed about that tank... i already told him so... but being still a freshman at school since the 13.th of august he is a bit hazzy when he gets back from school around 16:00 hours... for kids his age it is quite an amount of tie of hard work.... mind you i am quite depleted too^^
oh...and i was particularly touched by your german letter for the boys... at first i translated the english one for them... then i saw the german version... that was something very special to us! thanks onkel dave!!! and i will get some pics... wont link them here tho... as i am a bit akward with pics of my kids on the net... you never know who is watching.... it is truly the end of innocence in our time...
but i tell you this... they wont get bored with these... they saw the boat and the car... and they literally fell over the place... then we assembled the still unassembled figures... and even my wife was fully with us on the fun^^.... that was a most happy family event!
thanks for the info on the sprues... indeed the tamiya stuff will be a nice thing... a vague idea is already creeping up in my mind^^ i bet that this wold make a nice objective marker....

I haven't found a suitable use foir the League Logo Dave sent me either, however, I am looking into designing an entire Space Marine Army based on the -=][_,=- instead of the inquisition. I also see now, having seen the contents of Vik's prize box, that Dave is more of a mad genius then we knew in that he has apparantly tailored each prize box to that individuals needs and proclivities. I got things most usable for vehicles and such, Vik got Terrain like items mostly. Well played Dave, well played....
