Yeah, this is a legit thread. It's crazy long, but a lot of that was because of all the "Bronies are the crazy perverts!" "No, it's actually a pretty good show and we're tired of all the overly-macho drek that's being shoveled nowadays!" arguments.



There's some good almost-essays in here about the phenomenon that the Brony subculture was- but yeah, it's sorta petered out. I think the Brony stuff has sort of retreated into its own corner of the internets, now that there's so many dedicated sites (for fanfiction, art, imageboards, music, etc)- but the ponies will still pop up every so often in avatars and image macros- sorta like a lot of other 80's fandoms.

I got bored so much With the fandom.

Man, I need to finish Season 4 still. I think I'm just missing from Ep 14 or 15 onwards, but I can't find anywhere to watch anymore- and it seems like only the older eps are ever on television.

They weren't.

Its just the rainbow colored ponies matching pretty well with the rainbow flag i thinks.

Edit: Although it would of been pretty funny if they really did unite under the banner of ponies instead. think of the exposure and how fox news would daemonize them

Most likely wonderfully. Get some of the blind-bag ponies for conversion (or go to, who was it, Graven?) for some blanks you could then cast.

We have just been painting them for our Pony-Finder Game

I can't get over the fact that that Griffon is the perfect size. Though I think you probably ought to invest in a slightly larger grid, or else start using double-sized squares.

After that game we moved to Cavalry Bases and picked up some Skeletal Horses to use as the Zomponies

Nah, WHF Gryphons are big, burly looking things with itty-bitty wings (comparatively) and more focus on their forelimbs.

What are your thoughts? Personally, got the feeling that both the end and the CMC episode were changed drastically on the run when they learned a 6th season was approved.

For the rest, I really enjoyed it, and with the precious 4th one, I'm getting almost the same interest on the series I've got on season 1.

On that one episode in particular, they did said they had to rewrite it into a more open thing since the 6th season was approved. Onto the season finale, I can't help but feel the same happened.
